The shipping process and following lack of communication was ridiculous. Took over 3 weeks to get the product after order was received on their end.

Kept getting the run around about when it was going to be shipped and received. It took way longer than expected to get the part. Was without transportation due to that. Would not use this company again if possible.

I have two complaints.
-Took forever to recive
- trac control buttons is not working
- suspension adjustment buttons is not working

I'm not sure if they gave me the right ECU my 1993 lexus ls400 should have been programed with those options.
I had a constant code 0601 on a chrysler town and country 2006 3.8L. The check engine light constantly stayed on. So with skepticism I ordered online with flagship. The p c m arrived very fast and packaged very well. I removed the old one from the drivers side front fender well. It started right up, and never shut down due to the immobilizer which I was concerned. It runs as good as ever as if it was new. The acceleration, gas milage, shifting is great. Easy to replace for a DIY mechanic...Thanks flagship, thank you very much.
If this fits that will be great. I contacted them around July 20th with questions and as of the 7th of November they never returned the call. The message was left with a guy who said the account manager would call me back. Never did
If this fits I would have to say exceptional purchase. Ordering was easy.
I received my part on time and it worked out well, but i threw off mazdas security system (Pats). This has now made my car immobilized which they did say on the website. I thought i was smarter than pats but they won because this not an easy code to clear and you need in-codes to get past it. So now i have to take my car to mazda. The ecu i ordered does work though. Thanks Anagrace B for sending out my part.

Every unit I have ordered has been fantastic! Reliable & accurate plug & play units. While the units have taken much longer to receive than expected & my initial experience with addressing that was not handled like I would have hoped, their account manager has since followed up with me about my concerns & addressed them accordingly. I feel like I am a valued customer & the account manager made me feel like things would be handled differently with future transactions. I will use them in the future & would recommend them

They told me I will receive the product in 10 days but its take a whole month to receive it. I don't recommend this website for buying and they got a poor customer service
