Very professional right from the beginning. Did all the work new what there doing. Kept me informed all all the proses! Received it back installed. In 2005 dodge ram it with cumins, lit 🔥 it up and off she went like nothing ever happened! Don't mess around, if you value your truck then use these guys! Period!
First off, I absolutely love Flagship One's order status reporting throughout the whole process to delivery. The unit was delivered intact with no shipping damage.
However…I have to report my disappointment on the refurbishment process of their ecm's which caused me some grief right off the bat on the installation process. I have 35+ years experience as an auto technician and Class 8 truck product engineer, so I understand manufacturing and assembly processes.
The first thing I noticed is the ECM had a bead blasted finish to help clean off the old dirt and corrosion from a previous life. Well, they should have added terminal connector plugs to main ECM connectors to prevent bead blast material and grit from affecting that area. These connector areas became rough textured and gritty from blasting media. This caused great difficulty in fully seating the harness connectors, even after blowing the area clean with compressed air. While using the cam lock on the harness connector to help move the connector onto the four locking lugs of the ECM connector and into the fully seated position, I had to apply additional hand pressure working the connector back and forth to help seat the plug. All four plastic lug pins snapped right off. I had to apply even heavier pressure on the second connector and work it very slowly back and forth before finally getting it fully seated. All of this was because of the rough texture on the inside walls of the plastic ECM connectors. I took my old ECM and refitted the harness connectors to it with ease. The cam locks locked right in with no effort.
I had to fabricate metal lug pins to install in this "new" ECM to be able to lock the one connector in place. I'm sure Flagship One will have no interest in providing a warranty replacement, although I feel it is their oversight on quality control that caused this.
Could not tell how long shipping would be or processing/programming would be.went to competion shipped out same day.
From start to finish this was by far a easy transaction with a very prompt delivery time.
I have had zero issues with the pcm. It was a simple plug and play. I will most definitely refer and use this company again.

Computer arrived as described, I just had an issue with the instructions for the PATS system programming was not correct. It did require a service call from a locksmith to program the keys (cost nearly as much as the computer) The manual procedure would never have worked.
Module came very fast and was plug and play just like advertised. Thanks

The computer for my Ford Ranger was correctly programmed, but I couldn't connect it up because quality control missed the broken bolt. It is held in place with zip ties.

The computer was able to run my WJ but threw up 2 different engine codes unrelated to the original problem. Finally installed a different PCM and WJ runs fine now. Tried to contact Flagship one but no response.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
