Not good

Well, the item never came preprogrammed, so wanted to send it back and was told I'd be charged a fee to return it. Had to take it to a shop where they replaced the item with a new programmed one. Won't shop on this website again. Feel like this was a scam site just to take your money

I had a bad distributor which caused my car to not start. After programming for my security features on my Chevy blazer all my gauges started working correctly. We also found out the timing was off and had to solve that problem. A new distributor,cam sensor,and cap solved that problem and the vehicle is running well.

Do not buy.

I purchased an ecm last year and it was bad. Forgot I purchased it through this company and bought one for a different vehicle this year and it is also bad. Customer service won't except the possibility of a faulty product and blames the installation is not correct. I have over 20 years experience. The vehicle will crank with original ecm but not with their ecm. 100% scam website

2006 Cadillac SRX ECM

Easy to find computer that I needed for my vehicle. Everything worked with the programming,did not even need to reprogram my keys. Vehicle started right up

I was told the part was ready to ship but then I was told no it didn't pass inspection and another part was being fixed, finally I got the part and so far it has been doing ok.

Beware... customer service sucks...

Terrible, they dont seem to care when you have a problem, 10 days & they are just now ask me to send back for replacement...unacceptable... so now it well probley take another 2-3 weeks for replacement...we are 20 day or so into this since orderd... customer is pissed off at me, btw they force you to sign contract to do a rma... so they are right, your wrong & they are not liable for any cost... tell me how that is fair? They dont know how to do business...

Ford computer part

When I was told by a ford dealer that the part I needed to repair my like-new 2011, I was surprised and very upset! So glad we found Flagship One who offered the part we needed at a reasonable price. No issues with the installation at that Ford dealer or after! Thank you! 😊

The ECU that I ordered arrived on time in excellent condition. Being preprogrammed was a bonus, and it had no flaws. Email correspondence for the entire process was appreciated. Overall great customer service.

Misled, jilted and betrayed
November 17, 2024

Received the pre- programmed ECM for a 2007 Lexus ES 350. After the install and sync the vehicle wouldn't even start. Had to spend $255 to have a mobile company to come out and program the Flagship One ECM - needless to say, I'm pissed.
They offered to send me another one but my money has alrdy been spent. Another ECM will do me no good. I need my money refunded.They don't seem to be willing. Mgr didn't even return my call...SMH
