When the ECM on my significant other's truck was failing, the use of Flagship's website made it very simple to locate the correct replacement ECM. I need an ECM ASAP so I called flagship and the sales person was very helpful.I had no problem what's so ever and my ECM was delivered on time,installed it on my truck and worked just great. I highly recommend flagship to any needing ECM or PCM
I was hesitant to use someone new, but you had pretty good reviews, so I felt it would be at least somewhat safe. I ordered my ECM on Saturday. Each step of the way, I was emailed the progress. The unit was promised by the following Friday. 10:30 Friday morning, it showed up on my front porch in Washington State. The next morning, I installed it on my 2005 Silverado. With the instructions provided, I was able program it to the vehicle, security included, without issue. Make sure the battery is fully charged! Based on my experience, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Order ecm for Nissan Altima using vin # but the one it called for was different. Flagship one had me send my original one to them and they programmed it. They worked hard to solve my problem. Excellent people to deal with.

Programming can sometimes take a long time. Warranties are a hassle. Luckily there are few warranties.
The most important thing is that the PCM worked as a replacement for the busted one. The case was substantially different in form from my original. My original had cooling fins while the replacement case had none. The replacement case was heavily pitted from corrosion, although it had been cleaned up and repainted. Not a functional issue but something to note. Lastly one of the bolt holes in the case had one of the original mounting bolts broken off. To properly remount the PCM unit I had to drill and extract the broken bolt. Note that the time from order receipt to shipping took longer than expected.
After a disappointing experience with another seller, I decided to purchase a PCM for my Jeep XJ from Flagship One, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The part arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and now my Jeep runs like new. Every function works flawlessly! Thank you, Flagship One, for restoring my faith in quality service and delivering a product that lives up to the promise. Highly recommend!

When the unit arrived, I had to tighten up the case screws as they were leaving a gap almost 1/8 inch. No more Security issues and no-starts. The high rev wasn't solved but heard this unit wasn't the responsibile.
