Flagship told us it would take about ten working day to repair this computer. We didn't get it back for almost 5 weeks.can you imagine what it cost us to commute to work and college? We should have bought a new computer. In analyzing the computer you should have told us the truth about how long it would take.
I was very happy with my experience with purchasing an ECU from here. The turnaround was very quick and I was kept in the loop about the status of the order. Any time in the future I need an ECU I will be using Flagship One.

Not good customer service out on $200 PCM didn't work as needed wasn't flashed to the vin now I have to spend more taking it to dealership, a faulty codes from the truck it was taken from
I ordered a pcm for my 98 mustang and arrived early was very excited to finally have the part I'd waited a year to get to fix my car id only driven 1 x before it messed up. Anyways my mustang guy came and looked at it and the fact that mine also has the pats system on it then quickly realized that the one I ordered wouldn't work because as I was told not just my mustang guy ( who has built them for 30 plus years) it's his specialty, but 3 or 4 others because of my pats system the numbers on pcm, dash cluster and ignition all three have to match for it to fix it right. I called and tried on more than one occasion to explain this and see if I could return and get some money back but was told no that it would work and my mustang mechanic didn't know what he was talking about and I was sick with the pcm I bought bc they tested it. So I wasn't allow to return it so I could still get to fix my car and I found it very rude n unprofessional the way some employees try to talk at or down at the customers. I wasn't rude I wasn't trying to be as polite as I could when there employees acting as if I'm completely dumb or uneducated when it come to working cars. I'm not I promise i know a lot about cars and enjoy working on them. But to insult my mustang mechanic and builder who has over 30 years experience and has built many like mine, I was just dumbfounded at how yall stay in business with that kind of work ethic and customer support or relationships. So because of this I'm out $200 and still haven't been able to my car fixed. Very disappointed would not do business with them again.
A couple of months later all is good with my car with no issues. My refurbished computer is working great and has fixed my problem. Thank you Flagship One!

Well the truck starts and runs, But Engine/Transmission does not operate properly. Acceleration is laggy as well as shift points. Cruise control doesn't work with the new ecm either. Plus get weird coolant warning errors on first start of the day, which I have to clear or the truck goes into limp mode. Not what I expected for $500 USD
Previous unit purchased is failing, no consideration for "Lifetime Warranty" in the replacement price!
