I'm a mechanic that needs parts as quickly as possible so after I searched the flagship One website and they said they had what I need in stock and it would ship in 1-6 days. So I called there customer service line to make sure and they said it is 1-8 days right now but no later. I was willing to wait up to 8 days so I purchased. Right now I'm 11 days in and just received a email stating they would try to get it out by the end of the week. NOT acceptable by my standards. I hate to be deceived. Are there no more honest reputable companies these days. All they want is the money then hold your hand on your butt till they figure out how to run a business. I purchased a (FLAGSHIP-1 INC.) PCM ECU Engine Computer for my 2004 Chevrolet 2500 Pickup (a Programmed Plug & Play Unit) in March 2021.
It was ordered online from FLAGSHIP-1 INC. and delivered to my home. Delivered Cost= $134.
I installed the unit using FLAGSHIP's installation instructions (Instructions were not included with the unit). I had to call & go online to acquire the instructions. After installation, I called FLAGSHIP to report that my Pickup Truck would NOT START. The company said their Installation Technician was busy, but he'd call back that day (He Never Called Back).
I called again the next morning, asking again for a Technician, and was instead asked to fill-out a Complete Report (which I did & returned to them). Again No Technician called back to assist me after that.
I asked 3 times for Technical assistance (because my truck would not start), but no one ever contacted me again.
I looked into RETURNING the non-working FLAGSHIP-1 PCM ECU Unit, and learned that there is a ($20 Restocking Fee), PLUS (a $85 Non-refundable REPROGRAMMING FEE), so the total cost to RETURN THE ITEM (not counting Shipping) would be $105!
I will never recommend FLAGSHIP-1 INC. because their Customer Service is terrible! Also their Return Policy is totally unacceptable!

I ordered a pcm for my 2016 jeep Cherokee $250 i called after waiting 2 weeks to check and see when i would receive my pcm they told me they had a hard time programing that they was on the third one i was ok i give it a little more time so its done right so i waited called 3 days later they tell me that it was almost done then thay called me on on may 20 and left a message saying the cant program it they going to give me a refund so i called they say it take 24 to 48 hours and know its may 26 and nothing so i email them they emailed some crap saying my bank took it out already i contact my bank and they havnt took out anything from there bank why would they do that if u supposed to deposit it back in my bank so im filling against this company through my bank so i can get my money back

Initially, we had an engine computer in stock that we programmed and tested, however, it did not meet our required standards for quality testing and programming, and thus, we were unable to send it to you.
We use several scanner tools, simulators, and even an actual vehicle for programming and quality testing to ensure that our customers would be receiving a perfectly working unit.
We were in the process of sourcing out another engine computer that is compatible with your unit for another round of programming and testing. The demand for this popular item has exceeded our expectations, and our stock is depleted. We are constantly in communication with our partner facilities to replenish our stocks, however, we do not have a definite/specific time as to when a compatible engine computer will be available, we always receive new shipments of engine computers however we do not have an available engine computer that is compatible to your vehicle at the moment.
We understand that as a loyal customer when you make a purchase, you expect to receive your product in a timely manner. The last thing that we would like to let our customers do is to have them wait and not meet their expectations, and for that, we are very sorry.
There was a phone contact specific to this order last 05/20/2021 for a cancelation of the order and refund of the corresponding charges which was immediately initiated and processed.
Please advise that we had canceled the order and refunded you its corresponding charges upon request. We understand that having the charges reverted back to your account is paramount, this is the reason why we prioritized your refund request and informed you as our customer that it would take at least 24-48 hours before it will be reverted back to your account.

1) PCM received, but did not work. Warranty options are so ridiculous, i had a local shop re-configure the PCM instead of dealing with refund process.
2) Flagship One and their ebay store offer two different international shipping options, at very different levels (base of $100, with an upgrade of $60 for a total of $160, vs $26 through ebay)
3) Rarely are the phones answered promptly; and if they are, they take a long time to get the answer you need. I told one lady that this is an international call and I can call back, she said to hold and kept me on hold for 10 whole minutes. The disrespect is unbelievable.
4) Account managers don't do anything. Mine was as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
Flagship One may offer the product you need, but certainly not the service level you deserve.
Also, Flagship One and Mintt.com look suspiciously similar. Think about it before you jump from one to the other.

Took 3 weeks for them to finally send the pcm i ordered, then another 3 weeks for customs to clear it and tell me i owed them duty and taxes. After all the waiting i did and negative reviews i read i was extremely anxious expecting the pcm would be garbage and i wasted $350. I was happily mistaken. My truck fired right up, no more check engine no more misfires truck runs perfect so far. Im happy with this purchase, cant say everybody will have this experience but it worked for me.

I ordered a computer for my daughters car which should have came with 2 programmed keys. The computer was correct but the keys were WRONG therefore making my purchase worthless. I then Had to cll a locksmith to fix this error which was an additional $200. Flagship only wants to refund me $60 for the keys and not what I paid for them to be programmed. Which is BS! I filled out paperwork a month ago the still haven't contacted for my refund. I called today they want me to resend what I sent a month go. I have still not received any kind of refund but definitely the run around and bounced from service rep to service. Don't purchase from them go with a company that's at least accredited by the BBB which flagship is NOT and there are thousands of complaints on the BBB website.

I ordered a new pcm for my 2002 chysler concorde. It took weeks for my part to arrive. It as installed into my car and now my car starts and dies. I call customer service and no one could help. I filed a form online weeks about and still no response. My so called account manager never called nor did anyone from the company... when I call daily they say someone will be in touch. 3 weeks later and still nothing. The pcm they sold me is faulty and I don't believed it's programmed to my car. They should have no stars for this company

Order is late, and finally was told that it will be another couple of weeks before my pcm is shipped, making it a month long ordeal. Just cancelled the order and going elsewhere because they think its fine to not live up to their end of the deal, and not tell the customer, you have to chase them down for info and it changes as they try to talk their way out of the jam

This business is indeed a SCAM! Listen to all the reviews out there of this business. I purchased a PCM that was Spray Painted and had an in house printed security seal and part number. The PCM was ordered on 3/24/21, and was delivered to me on 4/3/21. The PCM was programmed with the correct VIN. When I installed this PCM my instrument cluster immediately said it was in 1st gear while in Park. It also said 1st gear while in Reverse. I had 2 keys programmed to this PCM as I was instructed to do by the representative when I called to inform FS1 that my new PCM was faulty and I need a new replacement. I will be calling for a refund on 4/19/21. Will update soon.

We have been in business for over 10 years. I can assure you that we are not a scam. All of our units are refurbished, not new. The modules are spray painted during the refurbishing process. All of our units come with a warranty seal. It does take 2-3 business days for testing and programming before the unit ships. Your unit did ship on time and was delivered on time. Just because you are having issues it does not mean our unit is faulty. When you spoke to a representative you were told that you need to have two keys programmed. Our website does state if your vehicle has a security system you will need to have two keys programmed. You have not contacted us since you got the keys programmed. We would be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us so that we can have this issue resolved.
Soooo Slow and they lie! Took a total of 3 weeks for delivery (15 business days). During this time I received an email saying it would arrive in 2 days. It arrived 16 days after that email. When I used the chat feature of FS1inc site they told me (mansplaining) it was due "to unit being in final stages of programing". I think they told me that because I was using my wife's account. It takes at most 20 minutes to program (not days). Soooo the part arrives, works for 2 weeks nd is now broken. As a result I contacted FS1inc this past Monday, I filled out the email info. I called on Tuesday to get an update. FS1inc said the tech would call me back within the hour. 22 hours later no call back. I am currently on the site chat with customer service. They sent me statement form the tech asking that I redue the Return Merchandise Authorization. 30 minutes so far on the site chat with one simple question "When will me new part be sent out". NO RESPONSE Finally came back and told me I had to fill out new RMA, that the tech needs the same codes that I all ready sent, resent. That the new part will not be sent out until tech reconfirms ( what they all ready confirmed) FS1 inc called it prescreening. THey still can not answer when new part will be sent out. HORRIBLE RUN Away!

Paid $500 for PCM, did not receive my product, spoke to rep said they can't find product but will refund my money within 72hrs. Week later still no refund called back said they cannot reach financial department. Now every time I call they hang up on me.
