I purchased a ECM from Flagship1 When I intially purchased the product I was told it was a plug and play. The next day while waiting on delivery got an email with instructions on a ignition key relearn required. When it arrived I followed the precedure and it worked. However the check engine light was on now and had set a trouble code. I called flagship1 and they informed me that I needed to do a crankshaft relearn and they would send me info on how to perform the relearn. I followed the precedure 3 times and after driving 150 miles I reached back out to flagship 1 for a return and refund. They said it wasn't there doing and would not give me the return although they sold it to me as a plug and play. I feel like they false advertised.
I called and placed an order ******* on Monday 9/20.
They confirmed the "Handling Time for all Programmed Units is 1-3 Business Days." so I proceeded to place my order over the phone. After that, I read all the horrible reviews which make me nervous because i need the unit shipped ASAP and many people complain about waiting weeks. I now call in each day to check the status since the "Order status" link on their webpage is broken and they tell me it could be up to 8 business days. It's strange they have HORRIBLE reviews on all platforms except eBay is 100%... I'll update my review if everything goes well, but so far I don't feel good about the trust I placed in my order. I wish I read the reviews ahead of time. You may want to do business with another vendor doing the same service out of FL.

I ordered a computer for my car took a month to get put the car in the shop to have it installed and the computer was bad they sent me a paper to sign for the warranty I have signed and returned 3 and have been called asking the same questions as if my answers would change being tired of the run around I told them to just forget it because all they were trying to do is get me to say something for them to prove it was my misdoing to the computer not to work so the warranty would not be good will never buy from them again to anyone who does read the fine print because the warranty isn't what you think

The process that you are referring to is our RMA process. It basically asks a couple of simple questions as to what went wrong with your original unit, and how you diagnosed it, as well as what went wrong with the unit you got from us and how you diagnosed it. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to help you. This form does get forwarded to the technicians so they can understand whether the problem is derived from the ECM or if it is internal. The initial form you filled out lacked information like symptoms, fault codes and steps taken to diagnose faulty PCM. We sent another RMA form to require the said information. Once the 2nd form was filled out we needed to clarify on 2 things 1. Is the vehicle starting if the original computer is plugged in? 2. If the FS1 computer is scanned, are there any error code? We have reached out to ask these questions but you have declined to answer and resorted to just consulting with your mechanic. Thank you for reaching out. I bought an ECM module for a 2003 Durango in 2017 and had a great experience. When I called, th eguys at the shop spoke with me, had a quick turnaround. GREAT! However, I just order an ECM for my 2001 F250 Powerstroke on 9/1. I called first to verify they had it in stock and was told 1-3 days to program and it would ship. This time, no shop guys, it was an Indian lady. So, I ordered the PCM.
I called back on 9-13, reached another Indian lady, and was told it hasn't been programmed yet. I asked to speak to someone at the shop and was told she can't even do that. She would email them for me. She also wanted to apologize for the "minor delay". I asked how is 10 days vs 3 minor.
I called again on 9-14, another person with an Indian accent from the call center answered. I raised some heck and was told a manager would call me within the hour. Two hours later, no call, so I call back. I am told they are backed up with orders and mine is a top priority. I explained I called on 9-1, was told 1-3 days blah blah blah. After more excuses I asked for my money back and an hour later I received an email stating I would receive a full refund.
Then... four hours later I receive this email:

Needing a rebuilt ECM for my 1996 Thunderbird, I first called them to make sure they had stock. Told that they did, I went ahead and ordered. Their website stated 2-7 days delivery but when day 8 rolled around and NO notice of shipment, I engaged their online chat system. They told me that the first one? They programmed failed their testing and that they would do another and expedite shipment. On day 14 from original order, they told me the only way they could help me was if I shipped (my expense) my old unit to them and they would rebuild it at over double the cost. I told them that wasn't an option as there were other companies out there to purchase from for less. They FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. Steer clear of them as they are not an honest or reliable source.

I ordered a pcm for my Ford Escape 2012 not only were the processing and shopping times very long but in addition it only worked 4 months. I communicated with them for their supposed guarantee since they are ground and I am told as an answer that I must return it to tell me if it is covered and roof that after having biased me not 24 hours as they say on their website but a week. They did not even dare to answer me themselves I had to rewrite them finally have an answer from them. Finally you are better off doing business with another company because this one is not serious

I ordered a PCM for my 1997 Ford Econoline Ambulance on their website the 28th of July. I received an email shortly thereafter stating they would need an additional $288 (that's in addition to the $354 I initially paid) to ensure it worked with my vehicle. I was told it would ship within a week and it didn't. I contacted them and they said it was programmed and being tested. They sent me a tracking number that was created that same day. Today is August 9th, I get no reply to emails, and they will not answer my phone calls (I'm on hold as I type this review) and the tracking still says "Label Created USPS has not yet received item". I'm filing a fraud charge with my bank and pulling my money back.

I made a purchase with Flagship1 and received my 3rd one. It still doesn't work. It took them weeks to resend the replacement. After asking for a refund, they tried to tell me that it is past the 30 day trial. I told them that I did not even get the second replacement until after 3 weeks of my initial order. Then I had to resend that only to get a third one that was not working. They told me that the only way they would refund my money is take my review back. I refuse to do that because I wanted consumers to know the type of company they are. It's supposed to be lifetime warranty so even if I passed the 30 days, I should still be able to get a replacement or refund for their defective item. I have a hard time loading image. I'll have to print and scan.

This company shipped us a bad pcm. We contacted them to let them know they told us to send it back and they would fix it. We received it back about 5 days later (!) and the same special packaging we sent it out was still on it, they didnt even open the box! Sure enough, it has the same problem and we had our master tech confirm its the pcm so we are back to square one.
NOTE: if a company cant resolve an issue, be HONEST with me, DONT LIE TO ME. It will not end well for you.

First everyone must understand I have a shop and people depend on me to repair their cars. Please for your own piece of mind DO NOT do business with these CLOWNS.
Of course I am pissed! I've given this company enough consideration for their faults. I place the order on the 10th of July and an email was sent regarding the Vin# the following day. I responded with a call to give the Vin the following day. After waiting three days and not seeing the order had shipped I called back to customer service. They stated they still do not have the Vin. I gave it again and three days later can not get an update other than it has gone to programming. Today is the 24th and the customer service agent states they just got the Vin two days prior and the unit has gone to programming.
Now about the customer service. Liars and idiots. Don't waste your time calling they will put you on hold
And never return and the line drops the call. I canceled my order. Just don't use this company and you won't have to deal with the frustration.

This company did send a good part after I tried to cancel the order. I was delayed weeks being told that the computer had to be programmed after researching I found out that this particular computer does not store the mileage the - mileage cluster stores the mileage I'm still not sure about the vin # I'm pretty sure this goes in the PCM not the ECM at any rate it took a lot of waiting and follow up to get my part. I had also asked that the programming terminal be clean so i could install my performance chip what i got was a sealed unit with a do not tamper sticker over the slot i needed to install chip. Needless to say my warranty will not be any good thank god unit worked. Bottom line if you dont care how long you or your customers vehicle my be down give them a try. Pay with a credit card just in case

This company is a Scam. They take your money and send out wrecking yard and salavaged parts that do not work. I have been waiting 6 weeks for an ECM that I paid for. My Colorado ran with the old one, but sometimes it would loose communication and would have an engine miss. I ordered a replacement ECM from Flagship one that was supposed to be programmed and ready to install. My truck would not even start with the dirty POS that they sent out. I am still waiting to recieve a part from them. Supposedly the case manager had a family emergency and no other human being at the company can assist with the order. They got my money and I am still waiting for my ECM. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this so called company. Order number #******* for proof of order.

I did not buy from them after asking questions (AND you should definitely ask questions too before buying!) I asked point blank questions and learned the warrantee is a joke ($85 return AND 20% restock fee?) That doesn't sound like much of a warrantee for what has been described in other reviews as a spray painted junkyard module. They default to 'ask your mechanic' as a scapegoat and it sounds to me like they really don't even check PCMs before they go out (but I really don't know?). What I do know from asking questions before buying is they really don't stand behind their product. All these low reviews are an indication of what this company is about. Pretty sad as I really would've like to buy one to get my car running properly. The search continues for a reasonably priced REPUTABLE supplier...

I ordered an ecm from flagship 1. Got it 2.5 weeks later and installed it just to find out it didn't work. They MADE me have a locksmith come out to look at the ecm BEFORE they would even send me a return label for them to look at it in they're shop. I paid for the ecm with there keys because it states on there website along with the little paper they send with the ecm that if you buy there keys with there ecm. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A LOCKSMITH. They mad me pay for a Locksmith to come out just to find out they sent the wrong chipped key and they will not make it right. DO NOT recommend them. They will waste 200$ making you pay for a Locksmith and alot of your time. I even have the receipt saying it's there fault...

If you want to save time and a lot of Money RUN!, Do not do business with them, they are well qualified scammers, I made a purchase a month ago and they still have not sent the part I ordered, all I get is cheap excuses, which to me means they don't have the expertise in programing PCM/ TCM. Every week its a different excuse, and don't expect your account manager to get intouch with you, there is no account manager its part of there BS story.

Ordered a PCM for a Lincoln MKZ because they had the best price. Said orders delivered within 1 to 6 business days. My car was having issues and I could not drive it until I received this part and got it installed. I checked my order the first few days and all it said was processing so I called customer service and said that it has not even been shipped yet and they told me they would mark my order as a priority. A couple days later I get an email saying that they have been experiencing delays on fulfilling orders without saying how much longer my order would take and just to be patient. I ordered the part elsewhere after this as I was without a car for entire week already at that point. It took another 3 calls for me to get a refund. This company is a joke!

I only recommend this company to people I don't like. Very poor service. Took over 2 weeks just to get it out the door. It looked like it was in a rusty old truck and when installed it didn't work. Found the signal terminal for the crank sensor had 5V from the ECM all the time, even when disconnected from the crank sensor. I have been unable to talk to any customer service supervisors. I'm told they will call but never do. I've been hung up on and generally there is no customer service. Its been a month now and I doubt I'll get any satisfaction from them, I'll buy a new computer elsewhere. FS1 is not worth dealing with.
