It was a horrible experience returned the pcm 3times no good ended up getting a credit they do not return your money it took 4 months to get a credit that I was forced to use on a different pcm purchase I prayed to God that it would work it did. Ordered 2 PCMs for different cars. Neither was programmed for the correct vehicle. We tried everything including a dealer to get them both to work. One was corrupt and not able to be used and the other was programmed for a 2013 not a 2016 as we had requested. They refuse to answer emails and lie that a RMA was issued so that AMEX will not reverse charge. The single most unethical dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. Run away fast. They will cheat you in every way possible

I purchased a pcm computer for my jeep grand cherokee in February 2021 in September of 2021 it went bad sent it back for testing it was bad all this took a month I went to the auto parts store and purchased one so I could get back and forth to work now they refuse to give a refund stay away these people will take your money and sell you crap and will not give you a refund! I bought an engine computer for a 2014 Chevy equinox. Could not install because the plugs were not in the wrong spot. I was told I could send it back for a refund. Did not get a refund but was sent the same product back (the plugs were still in the wrong spot). Tried sending it back for a second time for a refund and now they are saying I can't because it's been longer than 30 days. Very disappointed by this.

The policy states that all returns for money back must be received by the Seller within 30 days from the date of original purchase. This order was placed on the 27th of January and you have contacted us on July 25 that you want to be refunded. We have even considered your situation and agreed on the refund. We have sent a prepaid return label right after. Unfortunately, we have not received the 2nd unit we sent to you up to this date. Got a new ECU from someone serious, works perfect, so was well a mistake from flagship.
Noway to get refund, they keep asking me to check my car, don t answer mails.

After 29 days of the order, I finally received the PCM, I installed it on the vehicle, and the check engine light never stopped flashing. The radio doesn't work, can't crank the vehicle or anything. Their support is the worst, as stated by other reviews, they always say your "Account Manager" will get in contact with you. They never do, I don't even believe there are account managers on this scammer website.
Please beware, I read the reviews after getting the ECU, should have researched more on the company.
They'll make you sign a document before sending you the unit, so they can be protected and never return your money!

Still no response from the company, RMA has been on reviewing state since October 23, I've filed a dispute on Paypal, and now have escalated the dispute to Paypal.

This company is such a joke they say they have computers in stock and They can have you a computer programmed within 7 days, that is a joke by itself it does not take that long to program and test a computer, All you get is a run around about your computer is in the final stages of programming and they will get with your account manager to update you and then you never hear from them until you call them back again, and it is the same excuse that it is in final programming 3 weeks later, they have actually told me they have computers and stock and then called A company ideal with looking to buy one off of them, I Was also told how they bought a computer off of one of the salvage yards always yards and complain and complained about the price of a $100 for the unit while they charge $526 to the customer for the unit, And once they received the unit from the salvage yard they put the bad components from the computer they have in it and send it back to them and want a refund. Don't feel with them, the few good reviews they do have come from people in there hometown area, I would not doubt if it was the employees writing reviews for there own company

Ordered PCM from Flagship one after seeing their videos online after my PCM went out. Seemed like a great deal and easy enough to plug and play. Unfortunately neither was the truth. The PCM never worked after 1st receiving one not programmed properly, paying to send it back to FS1, just to receive the same PCM back, with still the wrong VIN. Do not waste your money! Even if you have to go to a stealership, at least you know it will be done properly. This place is a rip off. I had to call a locksmith which cost me $200 as FS1 said everything was properly done on their end and I needed a locksmith to be able to use the PCM they had sent. The locksmith said he could do nothing with it because VIN was never changed. Then the mechanic looked at the PCM and noticed that all of the securities were taken out of the PCM like the unit was a stolen unit, but the VIN was never changed. 2 months of fighting with FS1 to have my car at a stealership now, costing me more than if I would have done it in the first place. Flagship needs to be removed from business.

Ordered a standard ecm for a gm vehicle, FS1 took 2 weeks to complete the order, with emails stating they were working on it and it's very complicated. It is not.
2 weeks to receive the ecm and it does not work. Called customer support and they sent me a form to fill out and said it would be 24-48 hours before someone got back to me. This company is a scam. They have no idea what they are doing and at best, are sending out junk yard parts that are not programmed.

I was a bit nervous when I first purchased the computer for my SUV because of all the bad reviews. I ordered the ECU and it was a promised 2-7 days for shipping. It ended up getting here in 12 days. Once it got here it was actually packaged very well and protected. I opened it and it came with an OBD2 Programing tool and the ECU itself. I installed the new ECU and followed the instructions and as promised 30 minutes later my truck started and has been running great ever since. I will update the review as much as I can in the next months... I know everyone is frustrated and disappointed in this companies service. I don't know if I got lucky but in the end it worked so I'm happy. Only complain is they should not promise fast shipping when it takes twice the time other than that it was affordable and it worked.

First they said it takes 5 days to program it took 9 not counting weekend then I paid $75.00for overnight shipping they sent me an email it was shipped on the 6th but you can't track for 24 to 48 hrs so I haven't received it yet but now it is supposed to be here today after seeing the reviews I'm very worried that it will not work as advertised and feel ripped off for the shipping. I called them and they said it was shipped a day later than the email and there is nothing they will do so I looked up reviews and boy am I disappointed in my choice I made with this company. I'll be back later today with an update to weather it works or not

I ordered my ECM two weeks ago. All is shows is "PROCESSING ORDER" on the website. They charged my credit card, and on the site says 3-7 days. My vehicle is still not operating, as I have no part. 4 days ago, I used their chat function on their site to get an update, I was told in 2-3 more days and they gave me some bogus shipping number. As of today it still says processing and I still have no part or real tracking number.
