I ordered a ecm for my 2003 dodge 2500 diesel on January 18th they said it would take 2-8 days they said they programmed 3 of them and they all failed I waited 3 weeks for nothing kept getting the run around from them I lost clients and money thanks to them I canceled my order Feb 9th and went with a different company I will never deal with this place again
Bought a PCM from them. Received it a month later to find out it was not working. I certified mailed the PCM back to them and now 14 months later I am still out of a PCM, my money and my car is still parked. One of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They give you the run around that "John A." is the only person in that company can help you. They DO NOT call you back or can even give you a straight answer when you have been on hold for 45+ minutes for 3 days straight. Save the headache and use a REAL reputable company! FLAGSHIP ONE IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

This company stole 500$ and my part. I ordered my part December 10th. I received one update that gave me hope. I should have known better. They said that they needed to order a new part and they didn't know how long it would be. I thought that I in fact had ordered a new part I was not aware it was probably someone else's stolen part. Due to it being over 30 days since I had ordered my stolen/new part they could only offer to fix my part. So like any desperate person that needed to have a vehicle to drive I shipped my PCM to be repaired. I was promised 3 days from the date they received my part. We are now on week three and I am no longer getting replies. They just keep asking for papers that I have already provided. Congratulations for pushing the calendar. I will be filing a fraud claim with my card so I will get my money back. This company commuted a felony with my payment and the amount to replace my PCM.

Don't send me a tracking number 14 days ago saying it is on it's way when you don't even have the part. Customer service sucks, Manager/supervisor can not come to the phone but would like to call me in 2-3 days... No need to call me. You have already wasted 3 weeks of my time. I ordered on the 7th of January, I even got an email saying so. Then the 11th of January I received a tracking number to track my shipment that has not even been shipped. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Close your doors and reopen under a new name because FLAGSHIP ONE is a JOKE! I want my refund and I do not want to get a call back.

I ordered a ECM form FlagShip1 on eBay on Jan 4th 2022 and they charged my card right away. They sent me a USPS tracking number on Jan. 5th and said it would be delivered by Jan. 12th. I called on Jan. 13 to see where my ECM is and they said that they refunded me because the ECM they had wouldn't program. I gave them a negative review on eBay. They called me back and apologized and said that they have another computer for my vehicle and if I would remove the negative feedback they would let me reorder and give me a $50 discount on it. I agreed to their terms and gave them my credit card info again. They said everything was good. Then 5 minutes later they called back and said they can't process the order until I remove the negative feedback. I asked them how to do it, and they said to go to eBay and revise it the same way I added it. I went to eBay and it doesn't work that way. EBay said the seller has to initiate the request for revision. I told them this and the next day they sent the request to me. I revised the negative feedback and called back on Jan. 18th to reorder the ECM. On Jan. 18th They took my money again and said they would ship the ECM by Jan. 21st. I called on Jan 24th to see where it is and they gave me another tracking number and again they said the ECM they had wouldn't program and they were going to try another one and it would be 2 to 4 days until they could have the programming done and ship the ECM. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager is not available and they would leave a message with them for me. They have taken my money twice and given me the run around and I still don't know when or if my part is going to come.

Placed an order over a month ago with FlagshipOne Inc., was intrigued by their website that say 5-7 business days for shipping. Also states their Covid-19 update as being 100% operational, yet when you ask about delays it is because they are short staffed due to Covid-19. It took them over a week to send a message about needing to verify the VIN for my car. And even then I had to call them again to find out why it hadn't shipped, they told me about the VIN verification. Everything about this business turned out to be a lie. The item has now shipped and they were supposed to expedite shipping for me because of the delays, however when I spoke to someone today, they said that was not going to happen because it is an $85 charge that they just can't give to someone for delays. We will see if it even works when it arrives, if it arrives.

They send you the wrong item - different part number from what you purchase with a confirmed order - then they make it impossible to return or get a replacement or refund. They just send you whatever random item they have on the shelf, ignoring your purchase of a specific item, and you are stuck with whatever they send you. They ignore repeated emails and phone calls requesting customer service. All they intend to do from the start is to rip you off.

I ordered a ecm for a 13 regal on the 21 of Dec here it is Jan 18 no ecm. They lied a minimum twice a week I had to put the customer in a rental which 613.00 a week. They knew they promised me I would have it by the 5 of Jan every time they say the unit didn't pass the test they got to get a new one an it be 2 day. Back on the 5 of Jan I ask for a refund they said a manger had to approve I've ask nolyn to call me are any manger when I called. They knowing I was paying for a rental offered to send copies. Last week the manager sent me a email saying when I ordered it I gave them the wrong number when I ordered it online I ordered it over the phone is what I responded with an that I'm a master tech for 38 years I've own my own business for 42 yrs now the idiot that Took. Y order. It's sad today they finally agreed to refund my money after I'm 1800. 00 In on rental. I would not recommend them to no one

First time I sent my ECU, it worked about 1 year, car fan came on like jet motor, was told 2 check fan even though if I tap Ecu it would stop! Brought 3 Mercedes Fans & NOTHING, Actually almost blew motor! Then it got worse, car would randomly cut off while running. "Terrance G" refused 2 sent return label had 2 go through website. Sent unit, they had it for 4 MONTHS! Endless phone calls emails etc, same nonsense. Get my unit back & its pretty much destroyed, they try to blame me lol. Who breaks a ECU to a Benz s550? Any how get unit back now my car won't crank or start or go into park. Called about issues & was told its on my end! My car ran before they touched unit and they got me buying and replacing things that have nothing to do with problem cause ECU is defective. When receiving unit last month my ECU tabs were broken and one leg was just missing! Sent back & they had for another 3 weeks and tell me its fine once again so they didn't fix anything, so why have unit for 3 weeks then? Get it back car started & cut off! I'm beyond pissed no emails was returned from to different "account managers". I've called this place about 30 times over 5 months. Terrance G NEVER ANSWERS and if he does, u better pray guys! No GOOD. Also when i plug my SNAPON to port it does read ECU, NO COMMUNICATION. Hell with these good reviews, they probably fake. I had a Dead Mercedes for over 5months because of these clowns. Lord knows the damage now... NO GOOD STAY AWAY IF U WANT TO DRIVE UR CAR AGAIN

After waiting three weeks I had to get my truck going. Found the part local for the same amount. When the part finally arrived I refused it and returned it. Only to cost me 85 dollars for one excuse after another. Each excuse buying time. No return business here

This company, FS1, inc., is possibly the worst internet company I have ever tried to do business with. They just can't tell the truth, I doubt they know it. The process starts with it will take 3 days to get it to programing. Next is the part was mis labeled and it will take a few days to get another then a week for programing. That was over a week ago when I asked for a refund. Next I got some BS forms to sign so they could issue my refund signed them, returned them, electronic refund not received.
I noticed that reviews on their website are all glowing unlike the ones I see here. This Company may be on the edge of fraud.

I purchased an ECM from Flagship 1. I had it installed and it wasn't working. Their site says "may need additional programming from dealership". Okay, so I have my car towed to the local dealer service center who tells me the ECM i just purchased is bad, their equipment can't even communicate with the ECM to do anything and I need to send it back. Flagship1 tells me they will reprogram it again and so I send it in and wait. It comes back and this time I let the dealership install it and again nothing. They still are unable to communicate, nothing happens not even a check engine light. I may as well have hooked up a 2x4 or a rock, I try contacting them again and this time they were indignant, saying that they test them before they ship however I seriously doubt that since my blown ECM gave at least a check engine while theirs gave zilch. At this point I emailed saying I just want my money refunded, and that I would send them the part back and they never responded. $285.00 and I got nothing except essentially stolen from. They dont stand behind their products, they dont care if their parts dont work just about their money. They are intenionally defrauding their customers and i dont know why they are getting away with it. They are engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation of product, I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center, the BBB and who ever else I can to file a report against these criminals.

The ECU they sent me would even allow my car to run for more than 2 seconds. I sent it back but I was still out $85 because they won't refund the programming fee even though they send a defective unit. Stay away.
