Even though I saw bad reviews I decided to give this company a try anyway. That was huge mistake. The part came in and wouldnt work. You have to return the item within 30 days of purchase, but it takes them almost that long just to send it to you. After paying for shipping and hoping it gets back in time you still do not get a full refund. They refuse to admit the item is "defective". Old part works new part doesnt. I say new but the part I received was clearly used. Its obvious to me that this company is ripping customers off.
Payed $360 up front and after a huge delay the said they would get it done then they suddenly said they refunded me which they DID NOT DO and were sending my unit back with no explanation. Betting if I get mine back at all that it it totally ruined. Will update...

Ordered an ECM from them, order was filled in a reasonable amount of time. Although original order came it was programmed for another truck, not the one I placed the order for. Their return policy is terrible. Seems to be intentionally designed to take as long as possible with very little communication from the company. Many steps and ends in the outcome that should have happened immediately. I suppose if they do not screw up it is worth buying from them, but if they do screw it up it is most definitely not worth it. My advice is don't risk it if you need the correct part quickly. Instead buy from somebody else.

As of October 1 -It's been a MONTH, the vehicle is STILL SITTING. Still waiting for a 'clean' "plug and play" ECM.
Clearly - not as responsive or ships as fast -as site promotes! Be warned!
I will give a better review and when/if Flagship One quickly sends the replacement - and it actually works!

I ordered a PCM from this vendor just over a month ago from the time of writing. It has been in transit with its last scan being when it departed the origin facility just over 3 weeks ago. Not only has flagship one neglected to reach out to me in any capacity regarding this issue; of the 10+ separate instances where I have reached out to them, they have all been met with shirking of responsibility and empty promises. Most often the promise that my "account manager" (who happens to be the only one with the "authority" to do anything about my issue), would be reaching out to me within the day. An account manager whom despite my multiple attempts to reach by phone and email to their specific email address, has yet to communicate with me in any manner.
Now I'm not trying to blame fs1 for USPS losing track of this package, but I would like to caution anyone considering engaging in commerce with them that if anything goes awry with your product once it leaves their facility, they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation; this includes reaching out to couriers in any capacity. As for anyone who has already made a purchase, I sincerely hope your experience is entirely different than mine. Especially considering the ever-present stressors of everyday life.

Chrysler dealership program the fob's to the pcm. Flagship didn't offer any suggestions when asked. B
Received a pcm for my Chrysler van in July. After installing it, the van would start but would activate the security system. I called them to try to find out what we could do to fix the problem. They issued an RMA to return it. They sent me a second pcm and it did the same thing. Called them again, they issued another RMA and I returned it. I received the third unit, installed it. Guess what same problem. The original pcm work fine, except that it wouldn't allow the alternator to charge the battery, no security system activated. Called this morning, told them what the problem was and that I would like a refund. Their response was that it had been pass sixty days since I received the first pcm and they couldn't do a refund. My car has been down for three months and I'm not sure they know how to program a pcm for Chrysler. I wonder how money they have made from scams like this. They will not communicate with you to give advice on what may be done to fix it. I have email them several times and not one time did I receive an answer. Don't deal with this company.

I m not talking about the delay of response 10 days to send a product, to finally received a not working product in France! You received 20 time the same document by mail (RMA) to explain what s the problem on the product... due to the fact I m living in France... a specialist as to open the calculator to reprogram it discovering that it has no codes and was defective from the origine.; after I return the product with the "autorisation" 20 days after, the product was not anymore warranty because we had to open it... if the controller was working at the origin I didn't have to open it! This company his hiding itself behind his warranty... where is the warranty to receive a functioning product? For info I bought to ARES TECHNONLOGIES the same product, deliver in France 3 days after, it was 20% cheaper and worked perfectly on my car... I spend more Thant 300 dollars of shipment for nothing... lost 500 dollars and won't stop complain... never buy use this company run away from them

Every time I talked to any one at Customer service I would receive a different answer. I was promised on three different days that my ECU would be shipped out, it was not. I paid for overnight shipping but the part arrived after the promised date. I ended up having to rent a truck for my business trip because they could not follow through on their promises. Their advertised completion times are just there to draw you in and in no way reflect the actual time it takes them to provide you with a finished product. I ended up refusing the shipment and went with a nother company.

We purchased a new computer chip for out service truck from Flagship after we were told they had them available. However, after a week had passed and the chip had not shipped they changed their story to say they don't have any available and don't know when they will. Instead they said if we mail them our existing chip they can instead refurbish it. We sent them the chip and now several weeks have passed and they won't send it back saying they're experiencing shipping delays. At this point we're more than a month into this process and the entire experience has been a nightmare. This company is very unorganized and I fear they've lost our chip and they don't have a new one to replace it. Buyer beware, this is not a good company.

I bought an IDM for my 2002 Ford F-250, it worked perfectly for about 18 months, after trouble shooting everything pointed to the IDM, contacted FS1 for a warranty replacement. After several e-mails and phone calls convincing them that the part was bad, I received an RMA (this took almost a month). I returned the device; they sent me an e-mail telling me that they had to test the IDM to make sure it was defective. I have sent 3 e-mails asking for an update, no response from FS1, been almost a month. I had to purchase another IDM from another company, and guess what. MY TRUCK RUNS JUST FINE! Never purchase from FS1, they don't care about customer satisfaction. There is nothing I can do, I contacted my CC company that I used to purchase the IDM, told me sorry it is over 120 days, there is nothing they can do.

I ordered a ECM from this company and came spray painted silver and not programed.He just keeps giving me the run around. Saying i will have to find another one. Why can't send this one back and program it.so i had to buy one some where else.Iam contacting the BBB. ONthis company. Because this is bull$#*!...
After receiving the ecm for my caravan, before it was started the ecm showed all 6 cylinders locked rich. The codes could not be cleared and the vehicle would not start.
Returned the ecm to flagship for warranty and they have the codes and information.
Flagship has sent me the forms for the codes repeatedly and has failed to provide a replacement ecm.
After a lengthy call to flagships call center, there is still no help.
I'm out my money and the ecm for my van.
I've been scammed.

Do not use FLAGSHIP ONE, I sent in an ecm for a ford pickup they fixed it, it worked for a little over a 16 months, sent it back under warranty, they returned it to me still not working, sent it back to them again where they kept it for roughly 2-3 months until the 2 year warranty was expired and returned it still not fixed, and informed me they wouldn't fix it or refund any money. Very poor company.

I purchased an Ecm from this company was told by the salesman that it was plug and play using the vin#. Two weeks later I received the unit, installed it and called Flagship One because it didn't work and was told that I would have to take it to the dealership to be keyed. The Ford dealership keyed it and found it wasn't running properly and tested the electrical system and found only the ECM not working properly. After a month of dealing with Flagship One and getting no response from them I contacted the BBB and the next day received notice from FlagshipOne that an RMA was being sent. A month after that I called FlagshipOne to find the status and was told that the technician was looking for replacement parts. A week later I received an email saying that for an additional $150 they would repair the ECM. I had already paid $436 for the unit that failed to work and refused to be scammed anymore since they would not respond to me prior to this. They claimed that the lifetime warranty is void due to burnt components and they do not warranty anything with burnt components or in an accident or due to water damage. That means that a lifetime warranty is only good as long as the vehicle is still good and the warranted item hasn't failed.
This part is almost twenty years old and components fail over time but they disagree and claim that the Ford dealer is wrong about their findings.
Save yourself time and money just find a more reliable company to deal with, this one is very unprofessional and will not backup their claims of lifetime warranty and to go over and beyond to help the customer.

I purchased a pcm. I interacted with their chat service multiple times. Each time the process was slow as they had to refer to an account manager. This was confusing. The pcm was installed. I later had issues pointing to the pcm after taking it to a mechanic suggesting something was wrong electrical or the pcm. I took to another mechanic and same thing. I contacted flagship 1 for a rma via their chat. I kept being transferred and somewhat ignored. It has been frustrating to get them to honor their "life time" warranty. I wouldn't recommend this company. They seem unprofessional and unhelpful to paying customers.

After all the bad reviews I should have followed my first mind and just chose FLASHMASTERS. But I took a chance with this company and now after not being able to get my part due to the slow services they provide programming the PCM and then shipping it even if you pay 86.00 for next day air you will still be disappointed with the process when their website clearly states most customers have their packages within 5 business days not only that but after canceling my order I still haven't got my refund 4 days later after confirmation of my refund through email. I've called they are no help at all and play dumb as in they don't know anything besides they see that I got a refund and try to rush you off the phone PLEASE LISTEN TO THE COMMENTS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Me and my family were stuck for 2 whole weeks 600 miles away from home waiting on processing and shipping and then once we couldn't wait any longer and canceled yet we still had to suffer with waiting to get our money back in a timely manner they are not professional at all and if I don't get my money when I paid over a half a grand for the part this company will be shut down because I am going to press the issue and go through whoever I have to until I get my money back.
Call FS1 for a ecu exchange and they had me fill out all this paperwork for an exchange taking a total of 3 weeks of back and forth. Then for 1 week I hear nothing and decide to call them up and see what the status of my exchange is. They tell me that the tech have decided for me to ship back their ecu so they can repair it and will take a total of more 3 weeks. They will not send me an exchange and not honoring their "lifetime warranty". First and last time I deal with these clowns. Be aware of these crooked businesses that will not honor their warranty!

I have requested a RMA for the order H*******, this was provided and I sent back to Flagship One this defective unit,, after 8 business days that are not even capable to provide me the replacement unit, they only says "H*******, for this, I apologize as of the moment, there is no results yet posted, I will follow up again in our technical department regarding with this." I am very tired and frustrated and mad about this trash of customer service. I am tired about this company. Very bad service
