I placed an order online for a 2003 Dodge caravan PCM, they took the money out right away I didn't hear anything from them for about 4 days so after reading the warranty and everything that they make so long that it's hard to comprehend I gave it some more time I called them they said they were still working on programming a unit for my vehicle I said okay when will it be ready give us 2 to 3 more business days I said okay, well that went by I called them again and they said we need more time it's still being programmed and I said well I need the vehicle I can't take Uber and they said we assure you it will be done and shipped on Thursday well I called on Thursday and Thursday they said that the unit that they were working on was no good so they had to get another one and start the whole process all over again but it's in the process and I said oh so another two weeks well it could be and I said no I said I want to refund of my money and I said I'm going to my bank and I'm going to file a complaint and get this money refunded, at the bank waiting to talk to my manager I looked and I got an email stating that they were putting a refund through to our account now I'm just waiting to see if that happens do not deal with these people you may never get it, go look at their better Business bureau complaints I should have done that first.

They have very poor customer service the phone hangs up or they hangs the phone up in your face very poor customer service worst company I ever had to deal with still waiting on my computer its been 3 weeks everytime I call it a different story. Send me my dam right computer or send me my
Dam money back as soon as possible... asp.

Customer service sucks
July 11, 2022

I purchased ECM for my jeep. When installing the unit, the manual from Jeep said that tests ran show the problem could be in ECU so I sent it back for replacement. Now 11 weeks and 3 different reps later I am still waiting for the replacement, and I am told that the replacement will not have a warranty. One rep is not working there anymore (after 6 weeks waiting and emailing no emails returned0 the next said 1 to 4 days and it would be sent, 3rd rep 2 weeks latter being told it will be SOON still no part what does it take
To get my part never a reply.

3 week, kept calling about my part I already paid for, today they tell me they can't find a replacement part to test and send to me.
All the rest of to reviews on here must be paid to talk good about them.
Me personally, im pissed. They could have told me this a couple weeks ago.

Complete Scam

I paid $400. For an ECM for my Nissan.
Flagship sent me a used one, which I expected, but the top was on wrong when it was shipped to me. It didnt work of coarse.
Because they bought a used ECM for my vehicle, cleaned it off, put the lid on wrong on purpose, put their tamper seal over the hole used to mount it.
Then you get it and if you take the lid off and put it on correctly you just did exactly what he wants you to do, rip his warranty voiding seal. If you don5 take the lid off and put it on correctly, doesnt matter they have researched exactly where to put tg he seal so u have to put a screw through it. Warranty voided.
He doesnt even know how to program a module. Are you kidding.

Fraud with unit of a Grand Cherokee Hemi 5.7

Bad CPU
June 4, 2022

Bought a refurbished CPU for my 2006 caddy from this company. They said it would be pre- programed for my car using my Vin number. It took over 10 days to get the CPU... and the unit failed to work! The vehicle instrument readout read, "starting disabled", "anti-theft mode" had the vehicle towed to GM dealership, they diagnose the problem with CPU computer as "locked out", and we're unable to unlock it. That should not have happened the CPU had been programed to my vehicle using my Vin number like they stated. Hopefully I won't have an issue getting my refund on the defective CPU... that was junk! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered a control unit from the Company - Flagship 1 - which advertised free shipping 3-5 business days. The unit was delivered 11 business days later. After installing the unit into the vehicle, I found the unit to be faulty. I attempted to contact their customer support 11 times, each time being no response or just talk of a " form they were going to send me. I had the vehicle towed to a Ford dealership with no suggestion of what i had found on the vehicle. The electrical tech at the dealership confirmed the faulty unit.
No refund from Flagship 1
No help from their tech department
Save yourself the frustration - don't deal with this company

Don't trust this company

I ordered unit and it never did work and I did not get a refund. PLUG and PLAY what a joke.
This was a very bad choose.

Not good

So far I am very dis-satisfied with flagship, The PCM was not operable when received and getting it replaced as promised has not happened yet. Once they have your money the support ends.

I bought 2 ecm's at the same time, 1 worked out great, the other we had problems with, which it did fix the problem that we bought it for, al through a whole new code on vehicle popped up, i was in contact with support team, there response was really slow the first time, when they did get back to me they wanted explanation all over again so i did that, then tried to e mail them once more with no response.so I'm not impressed with their customer support, as for calling them, I'm busy man and don't have a half hour or longer to wait on hold. So i just give up and washed my hands of this company and called it a loss. They never would get back to me.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your customer service. I returned an fs1 ecu for warranty and have been given the run around now for four weeks. As a consumer, I would tell you to run from this company, being unable to contact someone other then someone in the Philippines, I am tired of people saying how sorry, just solve the problem, customer service is dead, buy at your own risk.

Warranty problems

Purchased an a cm from Flagship 2 years ago quick delivery no problems the problem started when e c m went out again. Call manufacturer they sent me a form to fill out since it back in they check my form I sent back in I did not like my diagnosis they want me to get a professional electrical mechanic to diagnostic my car I can buy a new computer from them for what that would cost so what good is there warranty

This company does not reply to emails and will leave you guessing about your order. I can't say anything about the module I purchased since I have yet to receive it. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a lot of grief.

Terrible Company

I bought an ECM and had to return it 3 times. It still doesn't work so I took it to a Toyota Dealer, they put a new ECM in and all is good. Flagship WILL NOT honor the warranty.

"Brand new" ECU for T&C 2015

Disappointed and cheated.
Have ordered ECU for Chrysler T&C 2015.
First of all programing and readness for shiping took 10days.
Paid additional 100$ for UPS shiping to EU + taxes (it's ok).
After installing new ECU still plenty of alarms poping up. All of them from engine compartment.
After auto electrician made diagnostic, was found that "Brand new ECU" is already used, fresh repainted and still have previous vehycle VIN number. One of two conections of ECU is not working because of electricity supply. Problem inside "Brand new" ECU.
After emailing with flagship assistance I filled out RMA form.
But the last email just killed me:
Hi,
My apologies, we were not able to generate a return label for you as USPS and UPS is not allowing us to create one for your address. With that, please send us back the module for further testing. No worries, after we test it and if we figured out that our module is faulty, then we'll send you a replacement. Also, please send us the tracking info once you have it.

So atleast I need to pay additional 100$ for shiping back ECU to USA and after hopefully replaced ECU again like minimum import taxes...
In this case ECU will cost me around 800-900$. Real life time warranty...

I work for a very well known after market auto parts store in Charlotte, NC. I ordered a pcm on 4/5/2022 and to this day have not received it. I have tried on several occasions to speak with someone, matter of fact, I'm on hold at this very moment. I ordered this part for a customer who's extremely unhappy. Do your research before you order anything from these people. Very unprofessional and lousy customer service. I may need to get my money refunded and find another, more competent company. Hopefully it won't be this much trouble to get my money back. So I was just informed that they don't have the pcm in stock I ordered and paid for and it will be an additional $300 if I want to rebuild and repair the old one. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

FS1 lies about its programming and offers horrible customer service with no call-backs to your issues/complaints. My "account manager" * never called me once. I was constantly calling back to try and speak to him.
2014 Ford Escape, 1.6 ecoboost. I needed a PCM. They asked for my VIN to program the unit correctly (which I gave them). I ordered in February 2022. Unit arrived and I installed it. My scan tool pulled the VIN from the new PCM and it was NOT my VIN (that they were supposed to program).

I called on 2-14-22 and talked to Anthony. He assured me the unit was programmed properly and my scan tool was off. He said the unit was good. The vehicle wouldn't start because the keys needed to be reprogammed to the new PCM. Had a locksmith out to program the keys and vehicle still would not crank. Mitchell Pro Demand states that the BCM and PCM need to be reset when a PCM is replaced.

Vehicle towed to Ford. Ford found incorrect VIN number in the PCM and numerous programming error codes for transmission strategies, engine strategies, etc. Ford had to start from scratch and reprogram all parameters.

Called FS1 on 3-25-22 and talked to Jonathan. He said my account manager was * and nobody could help me but him. I asked for a partial refund since the PCM was never supplied with the correct programming... heard nothing but crickets. Never a call back. I got an e-mail a few days later saying they don't pay for any third party programming.
THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THE ISSUE THAT THEY SOLD ME AN UNPROGRAMMED PCM.

LIARS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... BEWARE.

I send my ECM to flagship to be repair They took more than a month to complete the repair. After that. They send it back to my mechanic. And the ECM was the same way was before I send it back to them and they took again almost a month and they said they finally fix it but. Unfortunately they wasn't able to fix it but any way I bought another ECM and I took it to the Nissan dealer they fixed and after that I been calling them to get my money back but they never respond so I don't recommend flagship to nobody they took my $400
