Once ordered, it seemed to take a long time for the company to program the module and get it in the mail to my residence. Once it did ship, the shipping was quite fast. When I received the unit, it looked like it was taken from a junk yard, "Pull a Part" and sold as a refurbished module. It was cleaned, but you could tell it was an old unit.
Anyway, I took the module to my mechanic who has the system necessary to program the module in accordance with the key security system of my vehicle and the module failed to recognize the security key on several attempts.
Ended up purchasing a new module with the OEM specifications which only took them half a day to program. I finally have my truck back after two weeks of waiting.
Shipping was fast, my new ECU showed up early and was properly programmed for my car and exactly as they told me, I needed a mobile lock smith to come program the keys again and now I'm back on the road! Super happy, thanks all.

They sell products that are used they sell as new. Nothing works. Purchased 2 ecms both were bad. They want you to keep sending them back at your expense. Never made things right they just do not respond. Bad business

It had an intermittent starting install, and now it has a no start at all
Installed new ECM. Didn't start. Looked up why and found key needed to be programmed. Called a locksmith and they programmed my key. But ECM was not programmed to other modules in my truck. Won't shift out of second gear. Service light on. Engine light on. All codes point to module communication issues.

The dealer couldn't help me because they don't do aftermarket parts. I searched the Internet and Flagship One came up. Like most, I was first skeptical. But the reviews helped out. Flagship One sent me my PCM for my 2006 Chrysler 300C and when I installed and started the car up, all my problems were in the past. It may seem like you are waiting for a long time for the part to arrive but don't fear. Let Flagship One do what it needs to do to get your product ready. You can relax their staff stays in touch with you via email or text for updates.
