They take care of everything! Very easy to order and clear instructions with providing all they need to program the part to the VIN. Kept me informed every step of the process and answered any question quickly! The additional instructions for the repair were spot on and very easy to understand.

Waited over a month with customers car to get them to even respond, sent us a bad unit, took 9 calls over a 6 day period of getting no where.

I was unsure if I was having a mechanical problem or an ECM issue. When I described it to the person on the phone they assured me it was most probably ECM and went as far as telling me "not to worry because if it was not an ECM issue that I was covered by a warranty and could merely return this for a refund." What they did not tell me was they would charge
A restocking fee (which they agreed to waive) and "NON NEGOTIABLE FEE" of $85 for reprogramming so out of the $200 I spent. I would recover about a $100. It is not worth returning this for half of my money back. Deceitful business practice! If i hadn't asked before i placed the order it would be my own fault BUT i did ask! I now have a spare computer that works as poorly as the original, still gives me about 12 CODES and i threw $200 out the window. BUYER BEWARE!

I order a preprogrammed drive train control unit to Finland. The part was working flawlessly and delivery was fast, if expensive. I am happy that the international delivery was available since the part wasn't available from Europe.

I ordered a icm from flagship and when i recieved it it was as explained it to be installed the part and havent run it much this winter but the truck works way better from what i can tell so far, will report more when i pull my trailer over the pass this spring.

Their advertising claims to have the computer reprogram set up for you or you just plug it in and drive and that's not true plug mine in that I got from them and got just a whole bunch of different codes. Started popping up totally different from my original problem that I had so now I have basically have another problem so much to the fact I took it to my mechanic and he still trying to figure it out. Totally dissatisfied. Would want my money back if it wouldn't such so hard to go through all the channels to get that I would advise another route than dealing with this company.
