PCM replacement for a Chrysler T&C

I call Flagship to if they had a PCM for my Chrysler T&C and they did, the sale representative was very helpful and with placing the order, she explain the process to me, I received regular update for the order and when it was ship, I got it two days early, put it in and everything worked great car runs like new. I want to thank them for a good job.

I have them my vin and mikes over the phone and they sent me a computer that was already programmed to my key started up first crank and everything worked great from then on. The computer came a few days early also. 5 stars for sure.

Apparent waste of $1050

Since installing the ECU my Jeep is getting 10mpg. Previously 15mpg on a bad day.

I don't know what it was programmed for but this year Jeep is supposed to get 15mpg city, 19mpg highway.

On time easy programming

I was looking into purchasing an ECM for my Kia Forte. Found what I needed and ordered it. Since I had not heard of Flagship, I did some digging into reviews. I didn't see a lot of good and was having second thoughts. I contacted Flagship and spoke with Ronnel about my concerns. She listened to my concerns and eased my mind, reminding me about their return policy. My concerns eased, I continued with my order. When I received the ECM, I installed and tested my vehicle. It was not the issue I was having with the car. I spoke with Geraldine about getting a Return Authorization. She was very helpful with what I needed to do and the amount that I would be refunded. I shipped the ECM back and was refunded in a very timely manner. Thanks to both of you at Flagship One!

Part not programmed correctly

Was assured by Flagship that the TCU would be programmed for my vehicle based on the VIN#. IT WAS NOT. Giant waste of time an money.

Most dissatisfied dew to the length of time it took to receive my part. I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days, it took 20 days. The customer service was less than helpful to say the least. It lasted almost to the point I had to threaten to cancel order before action was put in motion,and still had to wait 3 more business days. Order was placed on the 3rd of the month,received on the 21st.that's just too much time just to save a few dollars,I could have went to a local parts store and paid more with more satisfaction.i
