It took awhile for it,but arrived in good shape and works.
I have dealt with flagship one for years. Purchased many modules and of all the items only had ECM that the key would not relearn. But the last ECM I purchased was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After receiving email saying there was an issue and there was little to no communication from them. I had to initiate any communication and was left in the dark. Finally without any shipping detail unit arrived and worked perfectly. Keys programmed normally and no issues other than it took 2 months to get my ECM which customer was not happy over. After many years of purchases this was my only bad experience and I am understanding of issues with module repairs. They found the issue during their excellent testing process and didn't send a faulty unit. Great company to deal with. Everyone has a bad situation and I'll continue to buy from them. Wish they would have communicated better during issue but things happen. All in all great company!

I had ordered a pcm from car computer exchange which i had to send back due to it not being the right one. Went through it with them for months decided to use flagship one and unsurprisingly my new pcm came before my refund. You can trust Flagship1 to get the right part to you in the time promised!

I asked about rebuilding my ECM and was told that you don't do that. Then after spending 1100 bucks buying your I get a message about getting credit for sending in my old ECM so you can repair and re sell it.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
