Although the order came late, and the communication was not 5-star worthy in my opinion (my 5-star rating is for the product), I eventually got the main satisfaction since my main issue was resolved by the product I purchased.
My car had been battling with the issue of "crank no start" since like forever until it eventually packed up. I had spent a lot on parts that were not the car's problems. I was about to give up when I decided to try one last option - Flagship1 computer. This solved my issue. My car that had been off for two months started right up on installation. No programming needed. Just plug and play. I will definitely recommend FS1 to whoever I know that has the same kind of issues.

I ordered a pcm for my car. I chatted with Elizabeth C about when the part would arrive and they were very helpful. They gave me a tracking number and the part came within a few days after programmed. I believe this company and their staff are doing great! I did have to return the part, unfortunately, only because I thought that it was the problem, and it wasn't. So, when I chatted with them about sending it back, they were super helpful and gave me adequate instructions on how to return the part. I appreciate that! I also promised them a good review, because I don't believe they deserved other bad reviews people have put on their site. Thanks again!

Ordered from Flagship previously and it worked out well so I used them a second time. This time it took a little longer because they said they were backed up. Received PCM and things worked well. I will use them again.
Customer service very helpful. Just waiting to see when PCM arrives.
Ordering was simple online and tracking made it so we knew where it was and when it arrived at the local post office. Item ordered was what we received and it worked when we put it in the truck.
Product came in very clean. Good installation instructions. I would order from them again.
