This is my third order with Flagship I would trust no one else for this. I've always been extremely satisfied with the systems. So far I've never had an issue with them after installation. My only concern is the amount of time it sometimes takes to receive. But I understand shipping can be an issue.

Ordered a "new" ECU for my son's car. A few days after it arrived, I went to install it. However, it did not work. I put the old one back in and requested a refund. Never got a refund and never heard from anyone at Flagship. Lost $200. I would not trust this company.

The programming is top notch which not only saves me valuable time as a technician because I don't have to spend extra time programming units but also my customers time and money. The fact that this company has case managers who will call and confirm that I received my invoice for payment, keeps me updated on the programming process, and confirms that I received my unit undamaged is 100% how business should be done. They also make sure to send any information for the specific vehicle is a PATS system needs to be done with step by step instructions. Placing orders is a breeze also. You can actually talk to a real person if you place an order online or by phone.

Seems to be adjusting correctly now. Didnt get check engine lights with my old one, but it was 20 years old and off somewhere in the fuel, air, spark ratios. Now its smoother on shifting and engine vibration so Im pretty happy with it so far. Definitely beats paying 800+ at the dealership...
Turns out I did not need it, but went ahead and installed it and it works perfectly so I have the original as a spare now. Was shipped quickly within the stated timeframe and very well packaged.

It was so easy to order and Reading about a lifetime warranty is help full. The only thing was that it wasn't ready to shop as it had to be programmed. That took several days. Then when it wasn't ready to finally ship. When it arrived we replaced it and the car started as smooth as a whistle.

After receiving the ecu and installing it, the van would not start. Called the company and told me that in their web site somewhere it states that I would have to buy 2 new chip keys and have them programmed. When I ordered it I should have been told this on my invoice so I could have been prepared for it. It was a Saturday, and I had to call a locksmith and pay $350.00 to have keys made and reprogrammed. I quoted my customer the price without this extra cost. Not only that but now it has a P1639-00 code that I can't clear. It says there is a corrupt programming, and I need to have it reprogrammed again. The customer has 7 kids and needs this van. I had to let them take it and not get paid until I find someone to reprogram it. I also wrote to the company and told them what happened on Sunday and it is Tuesday night and still no response.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
