Fruugo keeps on sending emails to say the shipment is underway, but it doesn't arrive. It has been months.
I've placed an order at fruugo.gr of a carnival costume because it clearly stated "distributed within 24 hours". I received the order confirmation e-mail that confirmed next day delivery date. Then I receive a 2nd e-mail confirming that my order has been completed and ready for shipping, stating a delivery date 15 days later. And there starts the nightmare. I haven't been able to communicate with them in any way. Through the 'help' function of their site I'm prompted to place a question. I placed the question twice, there's no reply nor the question visible in my account as it should be. I've spent 70€ in a costume that will be delivered in Greece after Carnival (IF it will be EVER delivered), and there is no way I can take my money back. From where I'm standing, this is clearly a scam.
Very good quality of the Halloween costume. On time delivery, during the sla they announced.I would try this platform again.

They lost my order, then said I gave an incorrect address for my delivery, which was not true. Then they said it would take 14 days for delivery. It took 1 month dealing with them for an order that never arrived. Which now I urgently need for my event and I shall not have any lights! A waist of time!
I ordered a month ago and one of the product haven't even has a tracking number still waiting for the order I wish I could give 0 stars stay away from the scam company and keep your money safe guys

Finally the products arrived I am not ordering again from the same company no information about anything and delay delivery
The info on the site, mentioned a delivery time of 2-3 days. However they failed to mention that what it means is that in 2-3 days they would ship it from China. Now 3 weeks later and i still have not received it. They also have a function in their site to track your order but the site it leads to, does not recognize the information they provide me for tracking. All efforts on my part to contact them have been fruitless.
So bottom line avoid like the plague.

I bought a camera lens from them before Christmas 2022 and was guaranteed pre Christmas delivery.
The lens arrived at the beginning of January 2023, so too late, as it was a a Christmas present for my husband. It didn't fit his camera so I returned it ( to China - I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known it had to come from there) on the 5th January and have heard nothing since.
You can't phone them, and if you email customer services it's through a site called 'Pissed Customer' who don't respond apart from repeatedly asking if you're satisfied with their service.
What a terrible company.
Portable SSD purchased through Fruugo. Cost €40. That did NOT work. I must be responsible for the return myself and this is mandatory with a track code. Cost €70! Scandalous! Received a standard auto reply after submitting a complaint to Fruugo and nothing else... There you are! Never again!
Lost orders, terrible products and no customer service for any sort of recourse or compensation. The website gives the round and round, directs questions and complaints to their merchants and finally when I was able to find a place to ask a question...surprise, no response. Wish I'd seen how bad their reviews are before ordering anything, lesson learned.

I bought a product that never arrived, and there support is not really helpful. They just answer they checking this with the supplier and then the issue is just closed after a while with no explanation.
Unsure if it is fruugo, I think they use drop-shipping and reseller that is in china? I the one causing the issues.
This company takes your money, but your package will NEVER COME! Their Customer Service sucks,too. They sent me a Tracking Number, without saying what company was shipping it! Then they couldn't ever find the package, & they had no reason. Terrible. Just avoid them. They have great prices, because IT'S FAKE!
I placed an order by mistake, cancelled it 8 minutes afterwards (it took that long to find out where to cancel it) but then discovered that there is basically no such thing with Fruugo. Very unethical.
I ordered 3 items from Fruugo on 28 October 2022. Till date I haven't received any of the items I ordered. After various messages one of my parcels were refunded but the other 2 they refuse to refund as it was delivered to "My Local Post Office". I received no notification from any post office (except for a few fraudulent emails) from post office emails to pay money before my parcel will be delivered and when I click on them I get a warning that it is a fraudulent website, therefore I went out immediately. When I ordered, I expected the items to be delivered to my home address as that is the big reason I will order online. Now my parcels are somewhere at a post office and Fruugo refuse to refund or make sure my parcel gets delivered to me. Best of all is that I don't need the items anymore as it was bought to be given as Christmas Presents and in the meantime I had to buy them somewhere else to be in time for Christmas. I will not recommend Fruugo to anyone and they should be closed down, I've learned my lesson.
This site is NOT trustworthy. I only give one star, because you cannot give none, and still write a review! The items they advertise seldom if ever arrive as shown on the ads. They are based in China and only give any refund if the buyer pays return postage, which often costs as much as, if not more than, the original purchase. Check the Google reviews to see numerous examples of appalling quality goods as well as deceptive practises. I would not recommend FRUUGO to my worst enemy!
This is the worst online shopping of all sites. Waiting now since November and it is 31 Jan and no stock received. No service to assist you or person to contact. Using the post office that is useless.
I will not recommend Fruugo as they are useless.

I ordered 2 perfumes on 2 Jan 2023. Estimated delivery date ending on 16 Jan. Today 27 Jan no sign of delivery. Tracking information stopped being updated since 16/1. Obviously they have no intention to deliver the merchandise. They just received the money and will not deliver.
