Absolutely poor communication, can not contact anyone, misleading description of products, fake addresses of suppliers. No chance to make a claim for return. Try to make your purchase elsewhere. ZERO rating

The package was not sent. You can't contact them on their website. A false tracking number was provided. I have been led astray several times. In September 2022, he sent a product that was new according to the description, but when it arrived, I received a broken, used product. Then they promised to send another one. After 3 weeks nothing happened. I demanded the money back and bought again. The current product has not arrived, it is not possible to communicate with them. They directly provided a fake package tracking number to mislead. Then I contacted them at the email address provided on PayPal, they opened a case for me, but I did not receive any response. Today, this case has also been closed without a word. Fraud gang!

Terrible, scam, avoid at all cost. Complete fraud. They took my money and said the delivery would be with me by December 14th. Now January 20th, no delivery, no response from support team, and a fake tracking number that doesn't work.

I ordered a table cover back in November, with expected delivery in mid December... the tracking number the merchant provided showed the product was shipped to a completely different country... who knows if it was even their shipment?

The merchant refused to help, and has been marking the matter as "resolved" to avoid taking responsibility.
It has been literally impossible to get in contact with Fruugo's customer service... I have contacted them 5 times at least, and only got 1 message saying "I will check" and never got an updated after that, 3 weeks ago.

Save your time and just don't bother using this platform.

This website is a scam. Product was a toy for a 5 year old which arrived broken. Firstly they asked me to glue it back together myself then tried to blame me for not keeping the delivery driver there while I opened it. Finally they offered a refund for half the price of the product. Protect yourself and do not use.

They robbed me. Never got the package, never got a anything from the postal service. The only thing I got was a long chain of emails with their (terrible) customer service telling me to basically F-off. Never again. Save yourself a headache and the money. Stay away!

Very bad customer service and in the end seems like a scam company. There was no possibility to cancel my order immediately after submitting it and then I have been sending messages that are left unanswered. You live and you learn.

I purchased a Splendor game and it turned out to be a poor quality knock-off without game instructions. Buyer beware!

Ordered a product nearly 2mths ago and still have not received it. Asked for refund and told them to keep it but told they will only refund when it is returned. How can you return something that has never been delivered. This is a scam!

Fruugo will not give a full refund, they want me to pay the postage to send this back to them, they are offering only partial compensation

I would not recommend Fruugo to anyone. They have terrible customer service and make it extremely difficult to return a product. Even worse, their hidden seller policies make it impossible for me to get a refund for a product that doesn't even work. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and their solution was for me to keep the faulty product. Save yourself the headache and avoid this scam company at all costs.

Fake, 25 berichten ontvangen dat het product "in transit" is, waarschijnlijk komt het product van Mars want op die tijd was ik eenvoudig zelf naar China gevlogen om het product zelf af te halen bij fabrikant...
Dergelijke sites zouden verplicht moeten vermelden bij bestelling dat bestellingen van Mars moeten komen, 7 vliegtuigen en nu douane, UFO moeten nemen om in België te geraken...

Waiting for delivery now 2 weeks past latest delivery date. So have now waited 5 weeks and missed Xmas. The only way of checking is via the query section on the web site which maintains that as we have not yet reached latest delivery date of Dec 23rd (date today is 5 Jan), I have to wait!
Tried calling Fruugo office and got message "This phone is not accepting calls at the moment. Please call back later".
I think they have gone bust - do not buy from them.

Fruugo is a scam site! I only placed an order thinking they were in the UK as their site is FRUUGO website but found out they are scammers based in China.

Placed an order 6 December 2022 and today 3rd January 2023 and I still haven't got my order. There is no way of contacting them.

PLEASE STAY SAFE DO NOT ORDER from Fruugo website.

Never again. This company should be shut down. They already have my money and I hear nothing back when I complain to customer service. I needed the ordered item for Christmas for a gift for my grandchild and never received it. Stupid company run by amateurs. I will write a bad review about their services or (non services, No delivery) all over the media websites. They stole my money and now I don't know what to do.
