Deliverydates are unusable. The informations are all wrong, the correct delivery dates will only be known once the order has been dispatched from china.

Place an order two weeks after expected delivery they mark my item as expired. Email them they promise to investigate and never heard from them again. As per the tracking number, parcel was delivered in Germany. I live in South africa.3 months later I'm still waiting.
Do NOT order from this company. It's the first time I ordered and I will NEVER do it again. The coat was advertised as FLEECE. I have towels that are thicker than the cheap, thin terry cloth they sent. It was supposed to be a small - for a mini dachshund. It's big enough for a Cocker Spaniel. I bought Egyptian Magic cream from Shen Zhen Shi Ling Zhi Dian Zi Shang Wu You Xian Gong Si on Fruugo.
It is clearly a fake product as I have used Egyptian Magic before. The brand name is different, packaging is different and ingredients are different. The seller now refuses to give me a refund saying they are the same. I tried the product and it stinks and irritates my skin.
I have a picture if Fruugo would care to contact me back and see a product by product comparison of how different they are.
Do not buy in any way from frugoo! I placed an order for a product that did not arrive. No one replies to my emails. I'm afraid money will be stolen from my credit card.
This company is very difficult to make a complaint. If you go into contact us page you have to create an account before you can go any further. I bought a jumper but didn't realize it was sent from CHINA so returning it is near impossible and hugely expensive. They do not state that they originate in CHINA and am very disappointed as I try to not buy items from China. The jumper I bought was very bad quality it pulls the thread really easily. I am stuck with it but hopefully will be more careful when buying again. Lesson learned. Would have given it nil stars if that was possible
I placed an order with Fruugo on the 13th September 2022 to be delivered in South Africa. Paid in full and upfront, as of the 22nd November 2022 I have still not received my package or any form of communication from Fruugo. This site needs to be removed from all Social networks as they steal the customers money.
I ordered and paid for felt place mats. I received felt coasters. I was offered only a refund of 1/2 the cost of the place mats, and I gather I can keep the coasters - which I don't want. Apparently the place mats aren't even available. This is fraudulent and dishonest business practice. If Fruugo doesn't have the product ordered, don't send anything, and refund the full amount of the purchase price.
