DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently made a purchase and they said delivery would be 3 days. Then a day later they sent me an email saying they were preparing my shipment from CHINA. They lie about delivery date, they don't do refunds. I contacted them before the tracking number they sent me even created a shipping label about wanting to cancel and they waited over a day to respond saying "Sorry we already shipped, return package when it arrives". Even though I contacted them BEFORE it was shipped. I called them out on this and the answer was "Sorry we didn't respond, it was our day off" WHAT A JOKE. Another scamming Chinese company that lies about delivery dates and refunds. STAY AWAY.
Scam site. The product received was nothing like the image. My "clock" is just a photo printed on a piece of plexiglass that has uneven, sharp, jagged edges. It's almost funny. It took 17 days to receive and they will not accept returns if it's more than 2 weeks from the date it was ordered. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this dishonest site.
II bought a gas cooker heater and everything went as expected. When i tried to use, no gas bottle or connector in Switzerland fits the machine. I asked costummer support and the answer was: As you see in the manual, in chinese and really bad quality, you need to connect the bottle to the machine! So I waisted money for something I cant use!

As mentioned others, bad experience. As their reply, shipment missing. I have seen that many people got same experience. It seems that this is scam site. Can't we do any legal action against them? They publish advertisement on google as well.

So disappointed, ordered with extra time on the estimated delivery time for a gift, parcel is delayed, no communication or feedback to emails asking where it is. The tracking just says in transit (has been since last week) apparently it's on a horse and cart.
Delivery is definitely substandard and not on par with their competitors. Flying from Hong Kong was fast, once it cleared customers is just been sitting for days at time for each step. Such a let down! Don't recommend & won't be back!

Now I know that Fruugo work in sync with seller, as after numorous emails and return copy and paste emails from Fruugo, they have decided to ignore my request for refund. Clearpay are also ignoring me and state that although they work with Fruugo, they cannot refund. Fruugo have zero customer support, their phone lines are defunct. Stay away from this company. Breaking consumer laws. I now have to go to my bank, to report them..
I ordered a 8tb portable SSD drive not realising it would be coming from China.
It took weeks to arrive with several excuses from the supplier, one was that the courier had not been able to deliver. This was patently a lie and when it was finally delivered the provided USB cable would not fit into the drive. When I took a closer look inside it looked like the internal connection was not fitted correctly.
I have complained directly to Fruugo but they passed me back to the supplier. The supplier wants a photo of the damage, but it an internal issue and cannot be photographed. Since telling them that I have had no response.
