I bought a product from this site expecting it to be genuine and looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas. Luckily I have checked it works before he receives it and have found that it doesn't work, clearly fake and would strongly advise nobody makes same mistake as me.

I ordered costumes for Halloween on Oct 10th, the delivery was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Halloween has passed, my kids didn't received their costumes and the customer service is absolutely useless.

I am beyond disappointed I was under the impression that I was getting a full couch cover set and I only received the pillows covers which cost me $44 and these cover aren't even sewed well. I'm trying to get my money back but this company is greedy and could care less about their customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently made a purchase and they said delivery would be 3 days. Then a day later they sent me an email saying they were preparing my shipment from CHINA. They lie about delivery date, they don't do refunds. I contacted them before the tracking number they sent me even created a shipping label about wanting to cancel and they waited over a day to respond saying "Sorry we already shipped, return package when it arrives". Even though I contacted them BEFORE it was shipped. I called them out on this and the answer was "Sorry we didn't respond, it was our day off" WHAT A JOKE. Another scamming Chinese company that lies about delivery dates and refunds. STAY AWAY.

Scam site. The product received was nothing like the image. My "clock" is just a photo printed on a piece of plexiglass that has uneven, sharp, jagged edges. It's almost funny. It took 17 days to receive and they will not accept returns if it's more than 2 weeks from the date it was ordered. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this dishonest site.

Do not order goods from this company.
I ordered a fur beanbag and received a beanbag cover, after getting in touch with them they did not answer my query at all just kept sending thank you for understanding.

Fruggo website say the goods arrived. Goods never arrived. Uncontactable with complaint. Out of pocket. Will never use again.

This site is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Ordered an outdoor egg chair. Received a small cushion for $200. Blatantly false advertising. When seeking a return, was sent sarcastic and and abusive responses from their so-called customer service. Will be informing consumer affairs etc.

As mentioned others, bad experience. As their reply, shipment missing. I have seen that many people got same experience. It seems that this is scam site. Can't we do any legal action against them? They publish advertisement on google as well.
Can anyone give idea, how we should take any action against them to band this trader. At lease it will help other people. Must punish this type of cheaters

So disappointed, ordered with extra time on the estimated delivery time for a gift, parcel is delayed, no communication or feedback to emails asking where it is. The tracking just says in transit (has been since last week) apparently it's on a horse and cart.

Delivery is definitely substandard and not on par with their competitors. Flying from Hong Kong was fast, once it cleared customers is just been sitting for days at time for each step. Such a let down! Don't recommend & won't be back!

Bought a wooden sun glasses box and wasn't at all what it supposed to be...(completely different from the picture and from material description).
There was no wood at all in the item, it came from China and the quality was disastrous!
Wrote to get my money back some months ago and stil no one has replied to my mail.
Definitely first and last time with this terrible company.

Sent goods back to seller as I wasn't happy with the product, showed return reciept to both seller and escalated after three days, as seller ignored me. Now I know that Fruugo work in sync with seller, as after numorous emails and return copy and paste emails from Fruugo, they have decided to ignore my request for refund. Clearpay are also ignoring me and state that although they work with Fruugo, they cannot refund. Fruugo have zero customer support, their phone lines are defunct. Stay away from this company. Breaking consumer laws. I now have to go to my bank, to report them..

I ordered a 8tb portable SSD drive not realising it would be coming from China.

It took weeks to arrive with several excuses from the supplier, one was that the courier had not been able to deliver. This was patently a lie and when it was finally delivered the provided USB cable would not fit into the drive. When I took a closer look inside it looked like the internal connection was not fitted correctly.

I have complained directly to Fruugo but they passed me back to the supplier. The supplier wants a photo of the damage, but it an internal issue and cannot be photographed. Since telling them that I have had no response.

Added one star rating but should be rated negative.

Before buying hearing aids it was stated that they will send it in 3 days, but I waited 20 days to receive it. Furthermore, after one week of use it stopped working. I consider in prosecuting the company but still don't know how.

They scammed me. I ordered Ronaldo's Juventus jersey number 7. My order has not been delivered and have not refunded me. This is a scam.
