I purchased a wireless keyboard for my IPad from Fruugo. Their description of the item was misleading. Their description indicated that the wireless keyboard will work with 2015-2017 IPads but was ambiguous about second generation 12.9. IPad. I purchased the keyboard but when the item arrived, it did not work with my IPad. The item was not comparable with my 12.9 iPad. I contacted them but they automatically made an assumption that l purchased the wrong item. They alleged that l purchased the wrong item without any evidence and refused to pay for the return of the item. Moreover, l did know the item was coming from China. I only found out after l had purchased the item. I requested repeatedly that they send me a return label but they refused, and said l must cover the cost to return the item to China, and that is bear the high cost of international shipping. I was very upset. It appears to me that this is something that they do to unsuspecting customers. I will not recommend that anybody do business with this company. They have a very poor customer service and my experience indicates that they are exploiting people.

Tracking details that were sent were fictitious and when I asked for update, I was directed to seller. Seller rudely said to wait and made no effort to track package... past due date now by a week and still not in Australia... Steerclear of this poor replica of Ebay... They use EBay's reject suppliers...
I ordered a replacement battery for my phone about 4 weeks ago. After I placed my order, I wrote to the seller on the same day that I would like to cancel the order. The seller replied to say the product had been shipped out and thus I was unable to cancel the order. 2 weeks ago I enquired about the product again, and was told the product had just been shipped out and on its was. 3-4 days ago, I received an email to say the product has landed. I ordered a 3 piece set with a backpack, lunch bag and pencil pouch. The pencil pouch was missing after I received the order I emailed the company and let them know they asked me to send a picture of what I got I sent him the two items I received minus the one that was missing and they sent me back a thing and said no you only ordered the backpack and they just happened to give you the lunch bag for free so you can keep it go give us a good review and I said no it clearly says on my order what I ordered that it was a three piece set and show the pictures of the three items and they messaged me back this morning and said no that's just showing examples of what the items are so that people know what the three things they can choose from and I'm like no that's not what it says so they do false advertise advertising stuff as a set and then omitting stuff and then saying that that was never included to start with and that they try to give you something free and like be grateful pretty much and go give me a good review so they're a shady company I would not do business with them. And clearly in my hurry to get my son his stuff school didn't read the reviews or I never would have done business with them. I believe they are intentionally deceptive on their advertisement.

I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for a real response, but after almost six weeks - nothing. Canned responses to inquiries, but no action whatsoever. The first thing they do is send a email asking to state the problem - again. Then they ask you, again, for the order number and your name and address - all provided the first time. Then in response to several more "Where's my stuff?" inquiries you get: "The customer for this order has asked 'Where's my order' please provide them a clear update as to when they can expect their items to be delivered." The same message when this all started. This place is a ripoff and should be avoided at all costs. The ONE GOOD REVIEW, was obviously written by someone in the "company" complimenting themselves. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
I bought some replaceable parts for my robot vacuum cleaner ONE MONTH AGO, still haven't received, EVEN WORSE, there no way to consult. They have an automated client service on the website, buy never gave me any feedback, or I could say the case I was consulting could never be submitted correctly.
Fruugo isn't the issue the issue is the misleading products and sellers they represent. I got charged €149 for a seat cushion which was supposed to come with the swinging chair as it shows in the picture on its site. All that came was a plastic cushion and I'm the loss of €149 absolute scam! Don't buy from here.
