This Chinese website is a total scam. Stay away. They were supposed to deliver from 5 to 15th of July... That's about a month after I ordered... Today is the 22nd and I'm not holding my breath... Keep getting a few times a week that 'it's in transit'. Couldn't find an easy way to track my product or talk to someone on their website.

If I could give less than 1 star review I would... Ordered 2 and a half months ago, followed up repeatedly and was eventually told today that our package was destroyed by the Courier because we failed to sign for it! We never received any notification or call from any Courier, despite our persistent enquiry and correspondence with the Fruugo Help Desk. This company is useless and steals money from innocent consumers. Do NOT buy from Fruugo - we most definitely will never again.
I received my second order but not my first one, so I presume it's lost somewhere and I can't reach them at all. Very disappointed, I lost 70$.
Unlike many other unhappy people who didn't even receive what they paid for from Fruugo, i received my order but it was very different from the deceiving images presented on site so i wanted to give it back. Fruugo told me through a mail they do not assume any mediation in the return process, they don't verify the product and give it back themselves as it would be normal, they said i have to pack the product by myself and send it directly to the retailer(which is in China, and im in Europe). They also told me in the mail that i have to pay the shipping back to China and that i will see the money back AFTER the retailer receives the product back and agree to give back the money. In case the object was damaged on the way to China, Fruugo says i will be responsible for it and that the retailer have the right to give it back to me and not return anything.
Furthermore i read many complaints of people who sent their orders back and didnt received anything back - the money or the product itself - so i don't trust that i will see the money back or the object if i return it.
But it isnt normal to leave alone scammers like FRUUGO to do whatever they want with their clients. I will make a complaint to the autorities for consumer's rights.
And i hope as many people will do the same in order to stop scammers like FRUUGO to fool, rob and mock other people.
FRUUGO - A SCAM
Ordered a 5XL Hellfire Club T-shirt, as being a lady of a larger size, I could not find plus sized t-shirts for the Hellfire club anywhere else. It was advertised on a UK based website and I was not informed until the confirmation of purchase email that it would be coming from China. From this I knew it wasn't going to be the best quality, but what arrived was shocking. The material is disgustingly cheap and see through and I can't even get it over my shoulders to fit. It is definitely NOT a 5XL. It also arrived a week late for its needed purpose. Absolutely wasted my money.
After waiting for over a month for small vacuum cleaner filters, today I was notified my order has expired! What does that mean? They will respond to my question within 48 hours. I should have read the reviews first!
I ordered some shoelaces. A couple days after placing the order I received an email that the ordered shipped. The email also stated the order could not be changed. The company name is he fei shang ling shang mao you xian gong si. I asked for the tracking information and was told they would contact the carrier. I contacted back and insisted on the tracking number, which was then provided. I checked with the carrier online and the result was that the tracking number did not exist in carrier's system. Note, the order was supposed to have shipped a week earlier. I told the Chinese company that I feel that I am being lied to by the company. When I ordered, I thought it was with a nonChinese company. As a matter of practice, I do not order directly from Chinese companies. In another inquiry, I stated that if my order does not arrive by a specific date noted in the email that said the product shipped, I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charges and state the charge was fraudulent as it seems that is what the organization actually is--a fraud. Then I was told that they ship within 2 days. I was not having any of this, so I told them to cancel my order immediately, which surprising they did.
Do not waste your time with the company. If I could give less than one star, I would.
I would give it no stars if I could! Do not order from the company Fruugo - a total scam! I ordered a desk in the middle of May, said it was coming from Italy (which I wasn't aware of). Fast forward nearly two months and I still have no order! They were happy enough to take my money, but keep sending me the same response about there being a hold up at customs and that's why I haven't got it! LIES! I wish I had never used them and seen these reviews first. I'll never use them again or recommend them. Appalling customer service. No one answering phones and the layout of their website is so irritating, can't find anything easily. Beware!
Made an order yesterday. Front page says before ordering delivery within 24 hours. Nope got an email today and now it will take 15 to 20 days. Starting off very bad. Ordered a scanner for a car that will not start. Now stuck for 20 more days. Could not find contact us. Just qustions that bring you back. Like an endless circle. Very bad.
I already asked to have a refund, given the delay with delivery. No information prior to purchase was provided that the items were coming from China and that this is a dropshipping store. I want the full refund for the item I purchased. It already has been sent back. It has been weeks with multiple contact attempts and no response so far. I bought this from a. Dk website assuming it was a danish store thinking the items were already here and easy/fast to be delivered. For this, I might as well have gone to Ali baba or Ali express. Given at least I would have an actual customer service employee and have the customer reassurance characteristic from those websites, that allows you to create a dispute if necessary and you will always be entitled to your refund. Fruugo is just a scam.
I ordered a clay pressing machine on the 5th of May. Received order confirmation telling me that next step is to hear from the company in China when they send it. So I waited. And waited. I went to Fruugo to try and ask for help. As I bought the item as a guest and not logged in, I have to create an account to get help. So I try that, but get errors all the time. I'm asked to try again, and I have probably tried fifty times now with same result. Well, I could have remembered it wrong, did I log in? So I try to retrieve my password but does not receive any mail whatsoever. So there is no way to get help. I'm furious, as by now Klarna wants the money for the item. I write acidic review in Trustpilot, and immediately get a response that their customer people will contact me shortly. They never did. It's just an automated answer they pop out whenever they get bad reviews. What a cheating lying fraudulent company! My next step now is police, a tv program that helps customers who has been conned by a fraudulent company, and of course The Norwegian consumer authority. They just looooove to take down a company publicly.
They overcharge you without you knowing it they say that something costs on the amount and when you hit charge then you see that they have added taxes and God knows what other subcharges arches so the amount comes to something like double from what you calculated and when you try to cancel seconds off seconds after you Submitted the order They tell you that you should have canceled it Is earlier. How much earlier than literally seconds to you need to cancel for this cancelation to proceed and take place? They are scammers.
Whilst Fruugo are quick to take your money and allegedly quick to despatch your goods, their customer service is absolutely shocking. My goods were allegedly delivered (but not too me) and all they do is keep on repeating that it had been delivered and that the complaint has been dealt with. They claim to have a delivery signature but fail to provide it, so on that basis the claim is resolved, and for weeks now, we just keep going round in the same old circles. In summary, they are incompetent and provide nothing but an on-line thieving service to benefit themselves and the customer most definitely does my matter. Do not use these scammers.
Also whilst I have treated 1 start, which you have no option, I would rate then as -100 starts.
Outstanding customer service to deal with a product querie, messages answered within 12 hours or sooner, resolution of the situation was more than expected. I was very impressed with the service, thank you!

I've sent the product back (which they signed for) for a refund as it didn't fit our connections to our CPAC machine and 2 months later after emails promising a refund I am still waiting for $160. Never order anything from fruggo it's a total scam, I ordered magic mixies for my child's birthday and received one little pot not even worth keeping as a show piece, my child is very disappointed because it's not the real toy which her friend got from Walmart.
I ordered a gaming keyboard and mouse in October 2021 for an Xmas gift for my son to the value of $180…. A decent one here in NZ costs around $100. It arrived just before Xmas and 2 months later the mouse buttons were such rubbish that it started to fall apart… as like all the reviews here, I get a real crappy response saying they will reimburse me $10 for a repair. I thought spending a bit more on 'quality' was worthwhile Don't get caught their quality is rubbish and have the cheek to blame me for breaking the mouse …. Now all of a sudden my emails bounce back!
