Useless Customer service

Didn't receive my order, claimed through PayPal. Only price of the item refunded, they kept the postage. I didn't receive the item, tried to contact via their website, constant error. Then they have nerve to ask me to give them a review.

Fruugo are selling electrical products from China that lacks CE marking and are illegal to use in Europe. When I try to get a refund they stall with a lot of meaningless questions until Paypal rejected my claim. Then there was complete silence and no answere to emails. STAY AWAY

Fruggo Canada is clearly not located in Canada and is unethical. I bought two pair of boots from them in size 41. The boots arrived from …China, and although it says 41, fits like a 40/39. I tried for weeks to return the items to them and have them pay for the shipping. I have had over 30 exchanges with them. First they do not understand English and two, they refused to help. In addition, the products smell horrible. I think they stripped the cows live to make the shoes. I believe that any positive review of this company is posted by employees. I would not recommend to do business with them. These boots are sold by a variety of companies under different names, but clearly they come from the same sweatshop in China. I gave up on them and threw away the boots. They advertise on FaceBook under a variety of names. Buyer Beware.

Feel more like Fraudo
August 11, 2023

When I was searching for a hammock, I ran across an aggressive ads showing me a picture and description of a full hammock for a 2/3 of the price on other sites. Only after I discovered I had spent 100 Euros on a cushion for a hammock chair only!
It was my first and defiantly the last experience with them.

Just bought something on Fruggo. Didn't notice that it will be *shipped* in 2 days. Nowhere do they mention that it will ship from China and get here in probably two months.

When trying to cancel the order the only thing I get is a form to contact the seller in China.

What a scam...

Service delivery

I got swindled ot of almost R400.00. Never received my parcel. Can't contact seller or get help from website. When you log a call for a refund the website says a technical error has occurred and to try later, then you try later and get the same message. Fruugo is a scam!

In case you have any unpredictable problems, in my case, those were the customs clearance issues, both Fruugo and the seller (I purchased from EauDeluxe located in Hackensack) just ignore you, they don't provide any support or clear answers. Forget about your money. I will never ever again purchase anything from this website.

Ordered a product nearly 2mths ago and still have not received it. Asked for refund and told them to keep it but told they will only refund when it is returned. How can you return something that has never been delivered. This is a scam!

Bad experience

First of all they give two inaccurate date of shipping,second when I received it it was horrible smell like petroleum,third the size I ordeis 13-14I received it with size 10-11.
When I tried to send it back it will cost me more than 10£.

Hellfire Club T-shirt, wasted my money!

Ordered a 5XL Hellfire Club T-shirt, as being a lady of a larger size, I could not find plus sized t-shirts for the Hellfire club anywhere else. It was advertised on a UK based website and I was not informed until the confirmation of purchase email that it would be coming from China. From this I knew it wasn't going to be the best quality, but what arrived was shocking. The material is disgustingly cheap and see through and I can't even get it over my shoulders to fit. It is definitely NOT a 5XL. It also arrived a week late for its needed purpose. Absolutely wasted my money.

Faulty Robot Vacuum Cleaner
June 8, 2022

I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner via order number ******* which will not run. The fault is that the electrical connector block between the motherboard and a drive wheel is broken. This prevents electrical connection.

I have reported the fault twice to Fruugo but they failed to reply. I tried their telephone number but received the automated reply that their staff do not have an access to the telephone.

I reported the fault to EUFY the maker of the robot. They say that the guarantee can only be processed through Fruugo.

Be warned.

It took just over a month for my product to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was tiny and not what the picture showed. It was the same picture of a gnome I brought from Amazon but when it arrived it was something completely different! I won't purchase through fruugo again

I ordered some pet meds from Singpet through fruugo. I was sent a shipping notification saying that my order had shipped from Australia and a tracking number. The tracking number sat as "label created" for over a week without processing so I contacted them. I was then sent another tracking number that said my order was shipping from France. It was a totally different shipping company this time. Customer service ignored me when I inquired. Finally (over a month later) I accepted that I'm not getting my order and filed a dispute with PayPal. They didn't even try to deny my dispute and as soon as PayPal escalated I was refunded. They have the worst customer service ever. They don't deliver your order, and they don't see that as a pronlem. It's been over a month and I haven't received my order. As per their tracking link there was failed delivery attempt. I am at home, nobody knocked, nobody called me... When did thst alleged delivery attempt happened? Their replied to this is 'We checked and there was a failed delivery attempt and we suggest you contact your local courier.' Isn't that helpful. Now I just need to hire a psychic to find out who the local courier is, and do my research to find the right contact number, as apparently that's not the job of person paid to do the job of a customer service. Never ordering again from them!

Place an order for a men's Chicago bulls jersey for my son-in-law beginning of November. Received package December 24th, I was excited cause his Christmas present finally arrived. They sent a youth jersey and short set instead. I sent email to them right away and got an automated reply back. I have sent over 25 emails to them with some replies back. I sent them pictures of what was sent and what I ordered. I almost gave up and took the loss but finally on March 2nd they gave me a refund. Their prices are great but don't be fooled. Never again.

Fraud and mockery. I had ordered a costume for Halloween and received it a month after Halloween. The outfit had nothing to do with the photo, I received pure nylon. And I paid €70! If possible! The worst site. Don't order anyone. Think about your money.
