I called numerous times and also used the app! Was told I would get a call back in 3min which turn out to be never! I was with this company for 8yrs plus I'm so disappointed which I know my problem could be fixed but the way they handle things is god awful. I'm switching to someone else asap. They don't care even with there high prices and poor customer service! So thanks Fernando and the frontier team it's been not fun!
I've had frontier internet for 4 years. Always paid my bill early never missed a payment. Dealt with them raising prices every year on me, and I had to cancel because my apartment makes me pay for rent through someone else and not only are they almost impossible to get ahold of, you can only cancel by talking to a customer service rep and their hours are mon-fri 8-5. I'm at work within those hours. But not only that I have to pay my full bill not prorated and and 50 dollar restocking fee. What the f*** is that? Absolutely ridiculous. And I was told too bad by the manger.
A supposedly "new and improved" take over of Verizon Wireless... this company is TERRIBLE! Customer service stinks and I have been over-billed multiple times after waiting for over 2 months to get my lines hooked up and working. Lie after lie was all I'd get when I would call to check on my service. Definitely would avoid them and Verizon at all costs if at all possible!
I am writing first review ever in my life. Worst service and had to cancel service in 2 days because they left me with out internet service for 3 days. They charged me restocking fee for equipment for having 2 days. I had never seen such things before. Be careful before picking frontier.
I had internet which was decent for a couple years then had to switch to phone service for a work from home job and it's been a nightmare. First off, the technician who installed the phone and new modem for it took my old modem and didn't flag it as "returned", so they think they are charging me on my bill for "unreturned equipment" and refuse to take the charge off, some two months later. I tried to log into my work system today to work and discovered for some reason I am unable to receive calls even though I can dial out, so can't log into my system to clock in so thus far have lost three hours of pay and they can't fix it right now. Now I'm screwed. Thanks, Frontier. I won't be able to pay my bills now! So done.
Although you have excellant fiber service at a great rate, if something goes wrong or yoi need assistance, there is no customer service. To navigate there system can be very frustrating and you will NEVER be able to speak with someone. Good Lick
Frontier fios is the absolute worst cable/internet service on earth, equipment is junk, and sub standard, service is interrupted daily requiring reboot daily.Do yourself a favor go with any other provider then frontier
My phone has had a hum in my phone for weeks they have sent 5 technicians out in an attempt to fix it. Finally the hum is so bad I can't use the phone. They said the technician would be here Friday no technician then they said Monday no technician. I keep getting one excuse after the other. My wife and I have spent several hours on the phone with Frontier with no results and plenty of excuses
I canceled a service in which i was under a 3 yr contract. At the time I was unaware. Weeks later, I was sent an early termination letter with all the fees. I understand that was my fault. However, when I called frontier they said that if I establish the same services that I would get a refund. They basically lied to me. It's been two months and nothing. Every time I call its a different story. Today I called again and spoke to the billing department, they finally told me that the refund request has been denied since July. Make sure you know what you're getting into. Do not fall for their lies and get scam.
I had their terrible service for 1 year. After I requested service cancellation they charged me for "Returning the Equipment". I returned the router and everything, but they still did it because it is in their policy!

Worst customer service on the planet. They lie on the phone and they have a list of scripted excuses that they want people to buy into. If you have any choice on internet please don't use Frontier. If your service goes off, you will be waiting a minimum of 6 days for someone to come out. They don't care about you and certainly don't care if your internet is working. All they care about is your money. If you do call you will get someone on the phone that will literally butcher the English language.
Frontier is offering fiber optic cable Internet of 500 mgb/sec in Barstow CA., But in reality they have only DSL with 3mgb/sec., They require a notarized DL and SS Ids for which I pay $15.00 + $1.00 for faxed them, 2 hrs in the phone and the worst customer service I ever had and a deposit of $49.00 and at the end after you spend your money and time they come out with DSL with speed of only 3 mgb/sec. That's false advertising.
I ordered internet from them on 8-10 and they were supposed to ship equipment the next day. When it had not arrived by the 17th, I called and they don't know why but it never shipped.
I also got my first bill for service beginning the 14th.
When I received the modem, there were no cables resulting in another phone and shipment. I needed 2 coaxial cables and a 3-way splitter.
On 8-31 I received 3 cables but no splitter. Another call to customer service and they were closed on friday afternoon.
Since they can't get the simple things right, what happens when the service doesn't work?
Multiple calls for internet disruption 12-15 times daily. You get some chatbot that tells you how sorry they are. Then 2 days later you get text that says "problem solved!"...but it isn't...same $#*! internet, different day
We've had static on our phone line when it rains and recently it got worse to the point where the internet now drops dozens of times when it rains now. We called to have a technician come out. 5 times they scheduled an appointment and 5 times we stayed at home to be here when they came and, yes, you guessed it, 5 times no one showed up. I called twice this week and all they could tell was they would reschedule again. No thank you! Will be canceling our phone service and getting our internet elsewhere. Customer service is non-existent.
No customer service number to assist. I called a reservation number and the gentleman said this is not the right number and before I could ask for a number he hung up on me. I purchased bags and didn't get the $29.00 discount.
I have attempted to have a phone activated in my mom's nursing home and they only deal with Frontier. Over the past five days, I have had to call 9 times and have waited from 11-32 minutes to get a live person. Their service center selection is AWFUL! Each of the 9 times, I was told that the service person didn't complete the task or is the wrong type of technician to repair the issue. Four technicians have been out and still NO service. Additionally, when you call the customer service number, it sounds like they are having a party. This service is laughable! DO NOT USE FRONTIER!
Since Frontier took over from Verizon my bill have increased by more then 100% over 2 years for the same service. After last increase in price I have canceled the service. Frontier on top of that decided to bill me for an extra month of service. I have contacted them 3 times and was getting a run around. They still continued to send bills. I was finally able to get a hold of dispute supervisor and they found that they billing in error promising to resolve. After that I got collection bill for the same amount and now had to send dispute letter to them.
I wouldn't advise anyone to get services from Frontier as they will see their bills increase dramatically.
After FEMA declared Disaster Area, & Frontier wirelines in the roads,... basic phone service was out almost 60 days. "Rescheduled" set Ticket appointments many many times. Overall I've had no billing issues that their Chat Bot named Giga could not correct. Seems the only way to actual get thru to Frontier is thru Chatbot Giga. Oh Well.
From February of 2024 until today I have been fighting with frontier communications to stop overcharging me. I was promised several discounts and every month they would not be on my bill so I would call back. Each month I was promised that by the next month it would be resolved. I started getting these things in writing and recording phone calls. About a month ago when it still wasn't being honored I reached out to the FCC and the better Business bureau to file complaints. A representative from their corporate office reached out and I provided all of the written proof and she listened to all of the recorded phone calls, or so she said. Today she called me back and told me that they will not refund my money and they will not honor the discounts that they promised. Right or wrong is irrelevant and her excuse was that it doesn't fit their policy. I'm not quite sure how a consumer is supposed to know their private policies but any reputable business would stand behind and honor the promises of the representatives that they put in place to speak for them. Not frontier communications! Beware! Those Representatives will tell you literally anything to get you off the phone and they will honor none of it and it doesn't matter if you record it or document it or reach out to the highest level. They are aware of what they're representatives are doing by lying to customers, and she admitted that to me today but they have no intentions of honoring any of it and doing anything to make things right with customers. I am considering filling a class action if I can put together enough ppl who have experienced the same kind of things
