Had an issue with serve and called to report it. The customer service Rep had difficulty pulling up my account and asked me for the account number. I am also on auto draft. I have had to call multiple times to get this issue resolved and get transferred many times. Also was told when a technician would be out and I called to ask why they did not show up, they couldn't give me an answer. I have been dealing with this issue for two weeks and subpar results. I feel like companies should do what they say they will do and not give the run around to their customers. I understand there are times of unforeseen circumstances,. Customer service should be a high priority, but does not appear to be for this company.

They upped my bill a crazy amount, charged me when they shouldn't have, and in two seperate cases, three customer serviced reps gave me three different answers, and only one was right. On rep was prettry mean too.

Setup appointment for them to come hook the internet up but they never showed called got hung up on 8 times even while talking with the reps i got hung up 3 of those times called back later do to frustration but only get to ahold of them for them to tell me they gave the port i was suppose to get away to another customer so now i have to wait for a customer to cancel their internet before i can get mine and their the only one in my area so its untelling how long that will be

The WORST
November 20, 2022

They installed internet just 2 weeks ago. Service is out. They cant fix it from troubleshooting. They earliest they can send a tech is 8 days.

Service out on Friday. The customer service team told me to wait for a call on Saturday from dispatch, they may be able to send somebody. Nobody called. So I called them and they to call tomorrow and said we will call dispatch tomorrow (Sunday). I called them and the rep told me they dont have tech help in the area on Sunday. And also told me they dont have tech support on Saturday.

The customer service is pathetic. Wrong information provided on possible solutions. The worst part of this company? They do not have enough tech support to serve their customers. Im in Calif. Highly populated area. They cant send anybody for 8+ days to help.

Do not use this service.

WE had frontier internet installed. After the installation noticed the drywall ceiling in garage hanging down in 1 corner. Then the ceiling fell down. The technician was in our attic he complained of all the stuff we had in the atttic. My wife called frontier they gave us a damage reference #. The person was ABdul *******617.
He said he was coming to our house but it was 2 hours away. He never showed. 3 days later after numerous text and phone calls to ABDUL. He stated his technicians do not go into ceilings and case closed. Said he turned into frontiers insurance and other mgt people and they said no repair of ceiling not their fault, REALLY, The technician was in the ceiling his foot prints are there the stairwell was brought down. Etc. So ABDUL just bs you / does nothing and scams his way out. He said turn into our insurance for frontiers mistake. Abdul does ever scam in the book to avoid doing the correct thing. Just a terrible run company and employees.My wife has photos which ABDUL said not to send we did anyways then he said there was water damage there is none, scammer boy.

Frontier charged me extra for the technician work that came out to my house however the problem was not my fault the problem was modem which was provided by Frontier. Modem was changed and my internet got back on. After that I am getting charged extra because of the folse statement of the technician. Representatives don't listen to you as well as supervisor, they just read rhe statement provided by techs. Poor customer service, poor internet service and speed. Frontier is very big mistake do not recommend anyone.

Two strikes
November 2, 2022

Frontier tech came early on Oct 28 to fix our first issue with static on the tephone line. Today is the 2nd of Nov, and the phone has a loud enough hum that we can't use it again. First available service call is on the 18th. Pathetic

I canceled my service with frontier and my account was up to date. They have continued to bill me for another months service, and even sent my account to a collection service. Never, ever do business with this company.

Wish I had another option

Everytime I go to pay my bill there is an issue. On top of that internet has been slow and crappy lately and has dropped completely for our entire area 2 times in the past two weeks. Now I'm dealing with a $#*!ed computer system that won't transfer me to an operator or the payment system, instead it drops my calls so I'm sitting here trying to remember my stupid password for the online account I never really use. I'm so sick of you company, sick of your $#*!ed computer system and I swear to God I'm switching if anything else becomes available, I'm about to start trying to call other companies to see if they want to plop a tower on my land that is how sick and tired I am of yall and I will have 100s of people begging to switch to a different company and I'll hand out the information like hotcakes, that's how sick all of us out here are of your company

No internet or phone since 12 April, now 26 April customer support said it would be two weeks before tech could come out. This is a on going problem when it works it goes up and down up ten minutes down thirty. They can never fix the problem have had them out numerous times with same results problem remains. STAY AWAY FROM FRONTIER.

Biggest scam. Lousiest service. Only robotic automated customer service (wether by telephone or on their website or by opening a order ticket) regardless which one they're each programmed to
1. Collect every possible information, from email, bank info, cell #, etc…
2. Collect a payment
3. Sell a new product
4. Never a live person
The automated gave me a SATURDAY 8:00am-5:00pm appointment, never showed up till 9:00pm with zero curtsy call/text from technician or anyone. Then on SUNDAY assumed a reschedule for MONDAY 8:00-5-00pm.How reliable is this company and how low is their customer integrity SCAMMER, for Frontier is a milking the client is their mission

FRONTIER INTERNET SERVICES. YOU WILL BE SORRY! Do not use this company especially if you are one that works out of your house. Always an excuse for poor service but never a resolution. Absolutely horrendous! Will try to be short, sweet & to the point.

Liar's. Thieves. Shyster's.

They do not keep scheduled appointment's (big one)! Always an hour, at the minimum, wait for any helpful, over the phone, assistance & even then your issue is not resolved. Promised their top speed offered & we never received. Kept telling us if we wanted faster we have to pay more. Ended up paying for the best of what they call their best & yet still no change. Internet always going out even after replacing our older modem with their most updated one.

We were forced to go w/Frontier due to the fact they were the only provider at the time. We are now switching providers.

RUN! RUN! DO NOT ENTERTAIN USING FRONTIER AS YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER!

Is trash

Don't throw your money in the trash. The service is super slow. I have had the service for a week and 2 technicians have not been able to fix the problem. THE SERVICE IS GARBAGE. If I could give it less than a star I would. I paying for 1 000 Gb and I have only 80 gb. TRASH

Decided to get landlines due to power outages. Had landlines 8 years ago, but since then a tree fell and took out lines from pole. Had appt. With tech for between 1 and 5. Of course no show. Called "customer support " lol they said I had service! So tech was canceled I was transferred from person to person, from country to country. Explained there were no telephone cables from telephone pole, so had no service. Then was asked if I had a dial tone, laughable at this point! On the cell phone for an hour. Worst company. Totally unprofessional. Hopefully tech will show at next appointment.

Frontier review statement

I have had frontier Internet service on more than one occasion and have been generally satisfied with their product. My concern is with their customer service and my case there is a continuing issue of an erroneous account. That's not my address, not my phone number and not the current account that I was using, but still, the company continued to have issues with billing and we're unable to clear up the incorrect account. After trying several attempts, four to be exact, to fix this problem, it was never resolved. I still couldn't download their app and manage my account without it automatically loading the erroneous account. I decided to change back to another carrier. I did this very carefully. I was tedious in my making certain that I proceeded and covered all charges. I protect my credit fiercely (800+)Now months later they have on several occasions tried to bill a dormant account and notified me that the payment would not proceed. I have called them and made sure that I didn't have a balance.I even ask for proof via email that I didn't receive. I ignored the rest of their attempts now I have received a collection notice for $155 out of the blue threatening my credit rating. They sent me a return authorization through UPS for my equipment and I did so. Because they do not have a local place to return equipment which they have now charged me restocking fee and shipping fees. They also charged me an outstanding bill of some eight dollars, which is fine for a few days over my original contract date, but they have added some $60 as an early termination fee. I had no contract obligation. Have tried by contacting both the collection agency and frontier and have received no satisfaction and no clear understanding of how they can create a bill out of thin air and I have no recourse whatsoever. Except for the very first time at 70 years old to a squeaky wheel.

I have been with Frontier my entire adult life. Phone sevice and their slow internet service in the rual area I live in. Finally another company came in a installed fiber optic(100 times as fast as frontier for $40 cheaper per mth!) so I went to cancel my service. I waited to pay my bill after I had Conexon Connect install their fiber optic. This month I used Frontier for only one week. I called into cancel service and was told they do not pro-rate the internet portion of the bill so I will have to pay about $100 for one week of service PLUS mail the router back and pay another $50 charge for a total of around $150 for my final bill in which I only used for one week! - I had heard they got sued in a class action law suit because they lied about their speeds but did not get a notification concerning the law suit so missed out on it. Frontier can not be trusted and I only wish I had not had to use them for the last 20+ years! GOODBYE FRONTIER! Thanks for NOT showing your appreciation to a very long time customer!

Frontier is a textbook case of how to lose customers and go out of business. Recent bankruptcy was just the beginning. For example. Virtually every phone number I called has been disconnected, so that only calls to an automated system are allowed. Despite the system saying, "You can talk to me like a person" it actually does everything possible to keep you from talking to a live person. I suspect this is because so few real persons actually work for Frontier any longer. You can reach a live person if you are wanting to pay a bill, but other than that, forget it. I've been trying for over two months to ADD additional services, and find not only does the phone system not allow you to contact anyone, the "Live Chat" system does not work as well. The only reason I want to upgrade is that we only have two providers in our area, and the other is just as bad. I guess I'm being forced to go to a streaming service along with multitudes of former Frontier customers. No wonder they have financial problems.

WISH THERE WAS A MINUS STAR

I had Frontier in Az and it was terrible. After moving back to MN I figured they would probably be better here. BOY was I WRONG! I have NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES in ONE day. Loss of Internet totally 4 or 5 times a day. Constantly SLOW, dropped cals a few every WEEK. When I can afford it they will be HISTORY! ABSOLUTELY HATE their service because in reality there is NO SERVICE
