Cox is using the excuse of security concern's to scam it's customers. By asking a bogus question when a customer wants to stop there service. They can then use your inability to answer the question to refuses to stop the service and continue to bill you for service you asked to be stopped and are not using. The crazy thing is that they have no problem recognizing you for who you are when they HARASS to for the money you do not owe them. If you thing where is a way to reason with them remember this is a orchestrated SCAM, being reasonable is not in the plan. Unfortunately many people are paying these crooks there extortion money, DON'T be one of them.

I I think out of all the companies in San Diego I hate this one the most these people are so messed up they charged my mom porn for two straight years and it was hidden on her bill they tried to charge me for installation fees for internet when I installed it myself and then refused to take the $150 off my bill I would recommend this company to nobody only recommendation that would give did you get as far away as you can get
