I I think out of all the companies in San Diego I hate this one the most these people are so messed up they charged my mom porn for two straight years and it was hidden on her bill they tried to charge me for installation fees for internet when I installed it myself and then refused to take the $150 off my bill I would recommend this company to nobody only recommendation that would give did you get as far away as you can get

What would have been helpful to know that they were thieves Liars and never willing to help you they just want your money and they will figure out ways to get it even without your knowledge
When you advertise unlimited that's what it should be not even close first time you use your hotspot that'll be it for your 4 G you no longer have that for the rest of the month you'll be dropped down 2 G so how can you call that Unlimited I've had a problem with your service from day one every single month is something new one month nobody can hear me the next month I can't text anybody the next month you have me on Trump Tower in India I've got to just keep me connected to the pink hour closest to my house you people are absolutely ridiculous the worst service ever

That unlimited is a complete lie and that they jump you from the farthest Tower away from you so you constantly have bad reception when I know this to be a fact because our own support person told me
