Quick response and solution

I contacted support to inquire about a possible error in my trial membership. I was expecting to receive a lot of troubleshooting questions and be asked to send screenshots as some support staff would but not Freelancer (esp. Matthew T.). He gave me a very brief clarification and we were able to resolve the issue in a jiffy. Best support I've received so far. Just made me more convinced to be a paying customer of Freelancer.

He was pretty helpful. He solved all my queries, but freelancer needs to change their certain strategies which can help the writers as well as the employers. They have a very vague payment system due to which i lost $130 in my very first big income which was a demotivation at the very beginning of my freelancer career. But i will continue to work :)
