I ordered 7 - 5 x 7 - closeout black frames - they all had the same item number. However 5 were the same and there were two which were not the same as each other or the other 5. They were all 5x7 and black but the outside dimensions and appearance were not the same. I needed a matching set. One glass was broken on arrival.
Shopping online was great. Frame USA makes it easy.
Glazing was damaged. Reported and expecting replacement.

Frame seems like it's going to fall apart soon! It's size was perfect for the custom print size, but the wood is chipped and the seams seem like they are about to fall apart.
Ordered a frame that was 19.5 inches across, got one that was 19 inches. Very frustrating because the frame is fine is just the wrong size

The order arrived quickly however there was a chip in the glass. E mail sent and replacement came quickly with no issues.

I had never order from Frame USA before. I took a chance, and was very pleased with the quality of the frame. And the price was affordable. Will probably order more frames in the future.
My goal was to order two custom sizes of wood floater frames. Lesson learned to read all description. When I searched wood floater frame this variety came up along with other whole wood frames. I didn't read the description about "eco wood" with wrap until I received them and saw that they weren't wood. The first shipment was thinly packaged and arrived damaged but the company quickly replaced them with an undamaged replacement.
Had some trouble with website freezing and a double order being placed and no one responded to my attempt to cancel the accidental order, but the products were good and I did get what I ordered!
Good company to deal with. Ordered a frame and the glass was broken in shipping. I called them and actually got a real person quickly and he sent another glass in just a few days. So I'm here buying another frame now.
It was very easy for me to write up my order. The only thing I wish is that I had a way to confirm the frame size. That is, is the length the top to bottom measure and the width the right to left measure?
The prices were lower than I expected, and there were many sizes and styles.

It was exciting to find a company, online, that still sells these frame sections. Great product as well, USA made! We used them to frame a couple prints we purchased on our recent honeymoon. We will enjoy the framed prints for years to come.
