Frame was broken asked for a replacement, also came broken
Web site said white mat, the mat we got was not. Also, every frame was marred on the corners as though the glue that was used to hold them together had smugged so not sure we will be able to use them for our customers.
I don't recommend the "Affordable Frames" because the styrene is incredibly cheap and reflects light, making it unusable. Mine also came jaggedly cut and uneven. When I approached customer service they refused to give a refund, even though the frame is unusable.
Hi Laura. I'm very sorry to hear of the issues. Styrene is an inexpensive form of plexi-glass, but it should certainly not have arrived with jagged cuts. Hi Annie, We apologize for the confusion! The series pages do say whether a frame is eco-friendly composite but our Design a Frame feature does not. We will take this feedback into consideration upon our next website refresh. The reason that we don't install our sawtooth hangers is because all of our frames are able to be portrait or horizontal so we allow our customers to choose the orientation! --Brooke Sanders, Brand Manager
I ordered 2 frames- one of which was the "Colori large frame in Blue". I needed both fairly soon. Instead of Frame USA contacting me directly about NOT having the second frame, I found myself needing to order another frame from another framing company with a 2 day delivery charge. I should have received an e-mail from FRAME USA immediately that it was out of stock. I was later informed by e-mail by a Auto Receipt Authorize.net that a refund was to be credited to my charge card... which meant I would not be getting the Presidential frame I NEEDED. Poor business practice! I never had trouble before!
