The original frame I ordered (heavy metal) was out of stock, they suggested an alternate one (black glory metal). I was very happy with the substitution and quality of the product. This was the first time I had ordered from this company and will do so again.

I have search the web for about three hours looking for affordable frames. Finally found this site with options for rustic frames at reasoinable price.

Colors were hard to distinguish, information asked in order to select size were difficult to use since one of my mats was the wrong size even though I put in correct information. There was no where to add any kind of description of what I wanted to make sure it was done correctly.
Great ordering experience. Good quality. Since I didn't want to pay the high cost of a wood frame I chose the Value option, which turned out to be excellent. I replaced their corrugated cardboard back with acid-free foam board for about $5 from a craft store, and using acid-free tape was able to hinge-mount a high-quality art print to the included matte, creating a great-looking frame for less than half the price of a custom frame. If I want non-glare glazing I'll have to order that from another site, but the styrene that's included isn't too bad.

Quick and easy to select a frame to my exact dimensions and lots to chose from. Also can get rustic in different shades which I love because I ordered this one in darker shade before and needed lighter this time.
Product came to size as picked out. I also bought a few non-standard custom sizes for other paintings I have, and they're all priced very affordably.

Hi Margie, So sorry to hear that the colors were hard to distinguish! We do offer mat samples that allows you to get a 5 inch cut from the same board you'll be order. We recommend ordering those if color accuracy is important!
