I was able to customize one to a slightly smaller size than the usual sizes. However, the frame that came in the standard 6" x 4" size had a slight dent in one of the corners of the plastic screen.

I love how easy it is to find the frames I need! And the prices are fantastic!

I bougth 2 frames from the clearance tab. I wish I would be able to tell if I had needed glass for the 18 X 24 frame. Now I need that too

At first I thought the website was just randomly deleting items in my cart, which was super annoying, but then I figured out what caused it:

Whenever you put something in your cart, the website overwrites the old list of items with a new list of items, including the latest one you added at the end -- so far, so good -- but if you have the site open in multiple tabs, the tabs don't update properly. If you open, say, four tabs or windows to look at or compare two products, and then add several products in one tab before adding a product in the other tab, your cart is overwritten with an older instance of your cart from the time you opened the tab in question. Which means any products added since then are deleted.

I love my frame. It's well made and made in USA at that. Arrived very quickly as well

Overall, really happy with the frames -- one of the lighter frames has a black spot on it, but imagine it might just be a fluke.

Note to send frames for wall hang not followed I ordered 33 frames for a wall gallery and all of the 5x7 and some of the 8x10s arrived with a stand back and no sawtooth hanger.

So glad that someone still makes these DIY frame kits. Was able to frame a 32"x50" map that would have been crazy expensive to custom frame. It turned out great! Thank you!

So easy to order. Would like to see a bigger picture of frame pieces to be sure of color though.

Not good. Frame arrived damaged. Joinders were all messed up. Looked like the frame had been twisted as the metal joinders in one corner were twisted out and couldn't be tacked back in. That corner was the only one with a protective cardboard cover on it. It was packed well. The box it came in was undamaged and undented so I am assuming the shipper knew about the damage. My husband repaired by adding thin squares of wood on each corner so it would lie flat and square. I repainted the uneven paint job over the corner joinder which didn't match up the heavily patterned design. I used it for the exhibit but I would not order from this company again.

I needed 2 custom frame sizes at an affordable price.

WAs able to order a custom mat with a round opening and it was easy and came out great.
