Bought a new Hybrid watch from them recently. They sent me a faulty watch that was blatantly a used customer return.
It was scratched and battered and they'd just re-shrinkwrapped it and tried to pass it off as new stock.
I sent it back for a refund but they haven't refunded me and they've ignored every attempt I've made to resolve this.
I've contacted them via the Fossil site, via email, via Twitter and via their complaints department. Nobody responds.
They've stolen my money and I'm now having to get my bank involved.
Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour and I'm definitely not alone. They seem to have a habit of doing this.
I won't touch anything made or owned by Fossil Group ever again and I'll make sure I deter as many other people from buying their products as I can.
I like Fossil watches, I have been wearing them for years and I think prices are affordable, but I am not that confident about their support team and ordering online. I did couple times and every time was someting, waiting for watch to arrive more then it was said.
These guys have some fantastic products! I have a fossil watch & a fossil pair of sunglasses, and bought some clothes there too. I get compliments on them all the time. People love them. I went to a job interview brandishing a fossil watch & a vest I bought there. My interviewer said "I like your watch, what brand is it?" I told him "Fossil... the same brand that makes this vest." He said "Wow that's cool I'll have to go there sometime". Yes, I did get the job.
Ordered a watch with the longest shipping time frame I've ever had. I'll be buying something else and returning it. Unacceptable to wait 3 weeks for a watch
Good quality of watches with reasonable price, don't order online, with watches you have to go to store and that is the only way to buy a good watch.

First off all l would like to say that l always had a pleasant experience at this store.
On Friday, Sept.15th it was exceptional, the sales associate Hera was amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, not pushy at all, but very nice and polite.
I bought the purse, she did a great job from the minute l walked into the store to the minute she rang my purchase in.

I recently ordered several items from Fossil, they charge my card and sent a confirmation, a few days later get a shipping notification for only one item. I check my credit card and see a reversal. I reach out via messenger and get the run around telling me the order is not cancelled but cannot tell me when if ever I will receive my items. They then tell me the items (all 5) are out of stock yet they are still on the website being advertised as available. The customer service provided was terrible and no solution or honestly offered. Buyer beware.
Three days after placing an order I received the following email: "Thank you for your Fossil.com order! We regret to inform you that we were unable to process your order. Please verify your billing information with your bank or credit card provider before placing another order..." Yet my card was charged three days ago. I cannot imagine a higher level of incompetence. Who hires these morons?
Ordered three items from the online store, all three were available at the time of purchase. After few days one item was just cancelled from the order with no explanation. Additional to that the initial delivery date was moved by 5 days (delayed). Eventually UPS tried to deliver when no one was at home, and sent straight away to the collection point.
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
I've got a fossil watch skeleton type or open heart, whatever, I don't regret to have purchased that watch, is incredibly beautiful, I have over 4 months using it, and it has been very resistant, it still brilliant as the first time I purchase it.
It's very elegant indeed.
I ordered 4 items from you and it took 3 weeks for them to start shipping the products. And when I received the package, there was only one product in that package. When I called the Fossil Customer service they were very inappropriately doing their job. So I asked them to let me talk to their manager and they said, they are not supposed to transfer or provide any information about their manager and told me to wait few more days for rest of the products. So, I tried to call them back again in couple of days and the another Customer Service Representative told me that those products are sold out. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received
I would give 0 stars if possible, bought two items both showing plenty of stock, email after 2 days informing me the one item wasn't available (even though it's still being sold) telling me don't worry we'll charge you for dispatched items only
Not true they've taken the full amount and I'm not the only so this isn't an isolated issue, it's now been a week since I ordered, no products no refund no contact. No point wasting your time!
I ordered what would have been a nice engraved wallet almost a week ago. Never got a shipment notification do I called, they assured me that by end of day tomorrow I should get a notice. Ten minutes later, I get an email telling me that my order was canceled. Called again, "oh sorry we are out of stock ". So don't believe the availability on their website!
A brand new hp wallet from Fossil gave way when used for the first time. Not my first purchase but definitely my last! What was so discouraging and frustrating was taking it to the Suntec outlet to be told they do not do repairs. Interestingly enough they hand out a SHUKEY card as an alternative. And i thought to myself, they are indeed well-prepared for these complaints. All 3 staff stand behind the counter (strength in numbers), cold and expressionless, with zero customer service. Poor training of very young staff.
In frustration, i requested for the customer service contact to report this and on the card handed to me, found a service centre number and an email address.:{

I bought a Fossil watch that basically fell apart in less than a year. I only wore the watch about 12 times.
I sent the watch to Fossil to have the watch repaired. They insisted on charging me for the repair even thought the watch was still under warranty. After, going back and forth with customer support we never came to an agreement and they returned the watch without repairing it. I mean come on! How much could possibly cost them to repair the watch? Terrible company that manufactures inferior products and doesn't stand behind their products!
Wanted to buy a gifts for thanksgiving. The online order could not be completed, fossil.com web popped an error of transaction, asking to call their 1 800 number. But the customer specialist also couldn't help.
So trying a few more times with the same debit card and another card. Still the same, no order could be placed successfully. The biggest shock and surprise, the next day's bank statement showed fossil.com had charged multiple times for the same amount.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF buying from fossil.com. Good luck!
Awful company to deal with. Tried to exchange a wallet but was 3 days outside their 30 day period, even though it was a Xmas present, therefore didn't get opened for weeks, and during Covid which causes delays. Had all packaging and paperwork but they would not even consider it! Do not use this company - they don't deserve your custom!
On 11/28/21, we went to the Fossil store in the Woodlands mall in The Woodlands, Texas. We had stepped in to look at the men's wallets. We were greeted by Kyara... one of the most pleasant customer service representatives we've met in a long time. Not only did Kyara help us to find the perfect wallet for family member #1, but because we found the service to be so thoroughly helpful, comfortable, and informative, we ended up purchasing two more wallets, which were not planned at all when we walked in. We were excited to learn that initials could even be embossed into the wallets to make them personal. Katherine embossed all three, did a fantastic job, and was just as sweet as she could be. Over all, our visit to this Fossil store was wonderful and so much more than we could have expected during the busy Christmas season!
My fossil watch is nearly a year old, still in great condition my only criticism is the rose gold has slightly disappeared in the corner crevices near the face of the watch but then again I never take it off, not even when I sleep lol.
Answer: Yes. I have had one of their smartwatches for quiet a while. More recently the battery stopped holding a charge. I was so upset and sent it in for repair. The repair is actually affordable. When Fossil could not repair the watch, they offered a gift card for the purchase amount that could be used at Fossil.com. I already ordered my replacement a paid a small difference. I appreciate that after 2 to 3 years, I can still count on them to stand behind their product.
