I was buying my boyfriend a watch for our anniversary it was expensive and special I engraved it etc. When it came to checkout I saw that all the shipping options showed the same arrival date except the other two were more expensive. Since the watch was expensive I didn't see the point in spending $20 for the package to arrive on my anniversary/ same day as free shipping would so I didn't choose that option. On the 6th, it gets pushed to the 8th, and on the 8th it never shows but it tells me the gift is only an hour away and will be delivered on the 9th. Then gets pushed a third time to the. Wait for it. The 12th. I then check and see where the package is because it was only one hour away. It's now passed my location by an hour in the state that requires passing my location to arrive to. When I tell you I'm pissed I mean I'm beyond pissed. It's just so ridiculous it's funny. This means that if Fossil knows you got free shipping not only did they lie about it arriving that day - they specifically send it through FedEx in the slowest method possible literally it's called Smartpost. Because they didn't make the $20 in shipping? Be a better company then. Maybe you wouldn't have to send through crappy shipping services since they weren't paid extra for shipping and it's the cheapest option for them. Clearly if they were honest about the dates, I would have paid for faster shipping, but why would I pay for shipping when Fossil told me it was arriving the same day one day shipping would?
The order was processed and sent very quickly, we are satisfied, thank you very much.
Everything is great and on time!
Let's start with I bought my husband a fossil watch for his birthday. He was only able to wear the watch for 2 weeks before it overheated, and we couldn't get it to charge or turn on. I called the customer service line and they tried to get me to factory reset and nothing worked. They had me pay for shipping to ship it back which I did on February 18,2022. I was advised that it would take 3-5 weeks to send a replacement. It was finally shipped on March 16th with an estimated arrival date of March 18th. By March 24th I called and was told to give it time these things happen and was given a case number. I called again on March 29th and again was told to give it time it was due for delivery that day. Called again on March 30th and was advised they would report it lost and to call back that Friday which I did on April 1st. Here we are April 13th and yet my husband is STILL without a watch. The customer service team isn't helpful at all. I have money just sitting out there that I paid for a watch that is no where to be found. They haven't offered to give me the money back or to send another watch only a GIFT CARD. Like Why would I want to keep using your company after it's taken this long for a WARRANTY claim replacement watch!
Superb site got a watch for my wife.her bday was there so i have to order her watch. I got what i order. Delivery was on time product was as it is...
Answer: Yes. I have had one of their smartwatches for quiet a while. More recently the battery stopped holding a charge. I was so upset and sent it in for repair. The repair is actually affordable. When Fossil could not repair the watch, they offered a gift card for the purchase amount that could be used at Fossil.com. I already ordered my replacement a paid a small difference. I appreciate that after 2 to 3 years, I can still count on them to stand behind their product.
Answer: I thought it was fairly easy, especially online. I went to fossil.com and started a "chat now" session. The person on the other end responded quickly, and the process was painless.
Answer: Fossil is a reputable brand. They have beautiful quality pieces.
