Forward 2 Me is very efficient and I'm very happy to receive an item from a site that doesn't ship to Australia however, the cost of shipping is really outrageous (I'm sure that's not the fault of the business). I would like to see an option to use Royal Mail which would be at least a little cheaper. It doesn't really make it cost effective when the shipping is more expensive than the item purchased.

There are only 2 factors that determine the cost for shipping which are size and weight.
We do offer low budget postal shipping options to Australia. These services are called forward2me Lite and Lite X. You can find more information about the terms and conditions for the forward2me Lite options by visiting the service page on our website. https://www.forward2me.com/lite/
Both services are available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a maximum value of between £50- £100 depending on which budget service you choose.
The Forward2me Lite and Lite X options are not available for shipping if you choose combine and repack.
For peace of mind for all of our customers, forward2me offers a price match, free return to sender, and refund guarantee;
If you have found a lower price for an identical service before requesting a shipment, you can send us a link with the offer and we will match the price.

The company is very organised and I am always impressed by the personal response from the WhatsApp customer support service.
However, I think the shipping is too expensive to make it worth it. I would use the service much more and would even be willing to pay a monthly fee to use it. But shipping fees for individual instances are extortionate.
If it's something you really need or it's some sort of emergency I would recommend the service, but until it's more cost effective I would not recommend using it regularly.

Shipments always reach my virtual address. Communication is perfect - I always get information about all events including received shipment, prepared to send shipment, sent shipment, shipment tracking information, any changes. Operations are fast and prompt. Choice of couriers is good.

I needed something that could only be bought on ebay in the UK and the seller did not ship internationally. I was informed of this service which while free upfront, ended up costing an exorbitant amount to ship if I wanted tracked and insured shipping (which FedEx offers at £2 above the cost to ship but Forward2me charged an extra £20 to add on top of the £48 cost to ship so £68 and I got my item but they didnt put "fragile" on the package they shipped limed the original shipper did so my packaged came smashed up. Thankfully with minimal (but still some) damage to my merchandise. Overall I am happy to finally get the item but feel ripped off by the price vs. Service ratio!

I'm still learning about how the website works with some unfamiliar stufft that could happen with post services when you are a customer from overseas or when the seller don't do their work properly. Anyways, the customer support is really nice and helpful, It's the second time that I have Honey's assistance and I'm more than happy. She's really kind and patient with any inquiry you need.

Really happy with forward2me. Showed steps in the process (like where my package was in the queue to be repackaged) and sent frequent emails on the state of my package. Clean and efficient process. The repackaging kept my stuff safe and compact! Would definitely use this service again when looking to get things overseas.
There are a couple of things to note if this is your first time using this service. First, I would make sure to request that they double check your order contents (only available upon request) to make sure the original shipper didn't make any mistakes as this does happen from time to time. Second, it is worth noting that if you are shipping a food or drink item to the US you will be asked to fill out a form with the FDA which notifies them upon arrival of what the contents of the package are. The forms are a bit tedious but if you are ordering a food item from another country I'm guessing you're doing so because it's worth the headache. The service itself is rather pain free and straight forward, ship to the address they give you then select the delivery option that suits you best. It really is faster than expected.
I received my item intact. However, the original package was opened at forward2me and repackaged sloppily and poorly. If you are going to open packages, at least put them back together the way they came with the original packing. Original box and packaging was in shambles.

First time forwarding anything so I'm not experienced with freight forwarding.
I found their website so easy I felt as if I was missing something. Their information when items arrived was thorough, and picking a shipping option and payment method was incredibly easy as well.
I really appreciate the service and will absolutely use it again.
Company was transparent about having a transitional phase between warehouses and made me feel at ease about it. I was even offered a discount for the inconvenience on the shipping. Truly amazing customer service! Package arrived in the warehouse in a few days and was straightforward how to pay to ship.

Does exactly what you expect, you can forwards packages to their warehouse in Japan and they will then re-freight with an international courier. The customs process was alll very simple and I received the goods very rapidly. I would say the international shipping options are quite expensive, but I would definitely use this service again.
I had a problem with an item that was not properly delivered and Nica in no time engaged with me and swiftly and deftly resolved the problem. Her exalted level of performance demonstrates how well individuals can elevate the client experience

When the package arrived in my Inbox there was a statement suggesting it is repackaged for shipping. No reason given (which would help). Shipping queue for repackaging was 641 items which support told me would take 2-3 days, notwithstanding a public holiday inbetween. This would mean my package would sit for another week before it was shipped out which is way too slow. I requested immediate shipping with no repackaging and once the shipment eventually left it got to me super quick by DHL

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking.
If a package is labeled as "Repack Recommended," you have the option to proceed with shipping and override the repack services, customers dont need to wait on the que.

I've been using their service for about two years now. Before this, I've used at least three other international services, and this one is the best. Their customer support is excellent and on point, their package handling is methodical and prompt, and their portal works very well.
