Shipping Delay
February 8, 2023

Took forever for my parcel to be shipped from them, was an adult novelty gift and they classed it as military grade, which was ridiculous. If the military uses adult novelty hand cuffs, then we have a huge problem with our military and we should all be afraid. Overall, my parcel was extremely late and I was very dissatisfied with the service.

Forward2Me attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Too expensive

The courier service used is expensive and I did not have a choice but to add on re-packaging and consolidation for my one item a sleeveless top. Customer service said that it must be done else the freight will cost more. But I paid ~GBP43.30 - it is way too expensive versus other forwarding sites (that probably is able to pass though some of the synergies/ties-up with courier companies as cost savings to us)...I will not use this any more.

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received.
If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Please note, by requesting dismissal of a repacking advisory for your package (s), you agree that forward2me would no longer accept liability for any damages caused to the goods once shipped.

Excellent fast service

International shipping made easy

Great customer service from the team to work with me to resolve an issue that arouse from my purchase. The fastest I've ever had anything delivered half way across the world. Less than 48hrs door to door. Very pleased to have used forward2me and will use them again.

Not enough options for shippping

When I was checking what forward parcel company to pick I picked yours because you had best deals and options for shipping. And really for my first package it was really affordable, around 20$ I think. But for the next one from England there were only DHL and Fedex options which each started from around 50 EUR. And my package was 48 pounds. So when they were doing customs that billed me 70$ because fees and taxes are made on both shipping and original bill for the product. Second thing is that you said that my package needed new box (repackaging) so you found biggest one you had to put A4 piece of paper like sheet that I ordered in 3 times bigger box so shipping bill will be more, even tho envelope was light and slim. Really unprofessional! For the money on your option of shipping and customs I had to pay next time I will just sit in the car and drive to the next country and by that item in person.

Good interaction platform, proper information regarding receipt of parcels, selection for repacking.
But final shipping price was quite higher (30%) compared to best and worst shipping prices advised before selection of carrier (TNT-Fedex). There was no option to change carrier at that point. Carrier (TNT-Fedex) charged excessive handling charges on delivery.

Fedex might have stopped my shipment because of the parcel information shortage.
At first I terribly worried about it. But Aimee (forward2me) helped me to solve the problem contacting with Fedex.

Fair pricing for imports

First time using the FORWARD2ME service. Honestly liked how it gave me multiple addresses for a variety of countries. The UI is also easy to navigate and as long as your computer literate the process is easy. I thought the prices were fair for shipping and around the amount I expected. I will definitely be using this site again for package forwarding.

Ok, but slow
January 3, 2023

My package arrived fine. It was a simple flask, still they forced me to do a repackaging for unknown reason, which I had to pay extra for. If I have no other option, I should not pay for this. This also delayed the package one more day. Also there was a 1 day delivery option with DHL, which I choose, but that turned out to be a 3 days delivery option.

Great first experience with Forward2Me

I recently created an account after trying similar services in the past and having mixed experiences. First of all, the website is the best I've tried yet, very intuitive, with a clean design and all the information you might need. In addition to providing you with five different addresses (for Germany, Japan, the UK, UK Tax Free and the US) they offer a great number of useful services, e.g. the possibility to upload invoices right after a purchase so that when your order arrives to their warehouse you don't have to fill out the details. I have yet to receive my packages, but I already had to contact the Customer Experience team (for no fault of theirs, the mistake was mine) and I was assisted by Girlie, who was polite, helpful, gave me a super thorough answer and solved my problem in no time. Very happy with my experience so far, I hope I can add another good review when my packages arrive!

Awesome Customer service

I used their service to buy an item from a store who didn't ship to Italy, but unfortunately the parcel has been lost!
They are really kind ( Nica is really awesome!) and ready to resolve your problems! Thanks to them I received my money back! Really really satisfied.
Sometimes something goes wrong, but I can't wait to use their service again in future! (Hoping to receive the parcel next time lol)

Poor delivery service
January 11, 2023

As soon as Forward2me shipped packages to me, the company used for delivery started sending me non stop texts. They would not deliver to my shipping address, customs had to be paid online or else packahe would not be delivered. I had to contact their customer service twice, and at the end, they disregarded my instructions to leave package out of site at back door. I won't use Forward2me again if DHL expressed is used for delivery.

It's great to see you were able to take advantage of our 50% Send it Monday discount.
You selected DHL Express as a shipping option - the package shipped on Monday and was with you on Thursday. Given the time of year we think DHL did a great job.
The DHL service is a DDU service, which means that everyone has to pay taxes and duties at the point the package hits their border - the specifics depend upon the country.
DHL send notifications to customers to allow them to pay the duties online. The vast majority of our customers prefer the convenience of this as the alternative is to drive to your house, risk that you are out and leave a note asking for a payment.
All DHLs notifications are configurable. Please feel free to forward them all and we will help you with instructions on how to switch them off or unsubscribe.
