This service is great und uncomplicated. I only experienced some trouble because I chose TNT for shipment to Germany and they are fascinatingly $#*!ty. But I can't blame forward2me for that.

Ich habe schon öfter über Lieferdienste in Nicht-EU-Ländern bestellt, doch es war nie so kompliziert wie bei forward2me. Ich hatte einen Adventskalender bestellt und jedes einzelne Teil wurde analysiert und jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Problem. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und vor allem habe ich keine genaue Erklärung erhalten was genau das Problem ist. Auf meine Fragen kamen immer nur Standart-Antworten. Am Ende war der Versand plötzlich doppelt so hoch wie ursprünglich berechnet und dadurch, dass alle Produkte einzeln gelistet waren musste ich dem Zoll eine extra Gebühr von 50€ zahlen.

I used forward2me for the first time recently. Initially i was concerned that my parcel seemed to have delivery problems by the courier delivering to the forward2me warehouse in Brandenburg Germany.
I had no need to worry. After contacting customer services Chris an Aimee stepped in. Very quickly my package was located and i was kept updated on the progress throughout.

I had to purchase differential bearings for my BMW from a UK company that did not ship direct to New Zealand. Forward2Me was recommended and they performed faultlessly. As a first time shopper I had a query with the process and my question was answered promptly and in full by a member of their customer service help desk. Great.

Had an issue with the courier where I had used an old warehouse address and when communicated back to forward2me they followed along the whole process until the package was correctly delivered to my inbox and also helped for it to get shipped almost immediately upon payment. I am very satisfied with the assistance. Recommend
I definitely struggled a bit with the website and getting the invoice in (now know how to make an email into a pdf) so that's good! I definitely would recommend this site if you live outside of the UK. It definitely worked for me and the clothing came quickly from them once it was sent. They have good communication skills and are very helpful to getting you through the system. They are very reliable and for real so don't hesitate to use them. Good luck!

I used Forward2Me to purchase a golf bag not available in the United States. They were very quick with processing the item when they received it, and sent it out to me the next day. It was a little expensive, but the service was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something you are unable to get in your home country.
I notified this company 2 weeks ago did I did not get a notification for this particular tracking number. It was never investigated. So in the process it looks like they collected the item from the local station and then perhaps took the item home or gave it to another customer. According to Aimee, all tracking numbers from every parcel are logged in the system accordingly. The only problem is that this particular parcel was not logged into the system despite being collected buy a person. So in the process I am completely screwed and have lost my parcel with no follow-up or communication. Beware!

I feel like I'm getting delivered straight from the vendor. They received and are prompt to inform you on your parcel. I order shoes that arrive in bags, but Forward2Me consolidates it into a box for safer shipping. If you are quick to select what carrier you'd like, the are quick to get it shipped.
Very happy with how it was handled by the UK warehouse, even though it was a more complex delivery (it included some bottles of wine, so with more particular rules), and it was time-sensitive. Special thanks to Girlie, who help me to get quickly some last minute documents required for customs formalities!

Due to the Import Control System 2 (ICS2), which is the latest phase of the EU's pre-arrival safety and security system, we are required to collect comprehensive data about all goods entering or transiting the EU. ICS2 helps ensure the safety of the EU's single market by improving customs security measures, making customs processes smoother for global trade.
For any shipments transiting via or destined for the EU, even if the final destination is outside the EU, it is mandatory to upload detailed invoices or proof of purchase from the retailer. These documents confirm the package contents and are crucial for the efficient processing of your shipment.
Should the shipment arrive at EU or UK customs with incomplete or poor-quality descriptions, it may be refused, which would delay clearance. Additionally, we could face penalties for failing to meet these regulatory requirements. Providing clear, complete shipment details ensures your package moves swiftly through customs, enhancing safety and security while avoiding potential delays or penalties.
Currently, we offer nine different shipping options from the UK to Germany, including services from DPD, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Each of these services has restrictions on what can be shipped, including limitations on value, size, weight, or the type of goods.
Unfortunately, your shipment contained a type of Dangerous Goods. While it may seem confusing since you were only sending hair care products, we are obligated to adhere to these regulations. At Forward2me, we are fully qualified to handle Dangerous Goods from all our locations, but many courier services do not allow such items due to the additional requirements for special packaging, handling, and paperwork. This is why you currently see only one shipping option available for that type of goods from the UK to Germany.
I understand that the shipping price is high, but unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Cheaper services often have the most restrictions, including prohibiting Dangerous Goods, which helps them keep costs down. Additionally, handling Dangerous Goods incurs significant extra fees. At Forward2me, we do not add any extra charg, we simply pass those fees on from the courier.
This situation is frustrating for us at Forward2me as well, but I want to assure you that we are continuously urging couriers to lower these fees and are actively working to provide more shipping options in all scenarios.
