I used this service for an Etsy purchase. I'm buying a lot of things for my upcoming wedding and I saw some items on Etsy that only shipped to the UK. I looked up ways to ship to the US, and foward2me looked like the safest bet. Going into it I was a bit hesitant, just because my purchases were so big. But, their customer service team did a great job assuring me that the packages were in safe hands. It only took about 5-6 days to receive my package and that's including shipping from retailer to my UK address. A little pricey but would definitely use again.
I sent an email with questions regrading upcoming shipment and their statuses. Kat was super helpful and informative, and has answered all my questions. Therefore I will be very happy to use the platform again, as I know that I have customer service that I can reach out to anytime. Thanks!
I wanted to take advantage of the exchange rate and price structure luxury brands have outside the United States. I was nervous to use a forwarding service because I had no experience with it before. I am so glad I chose Forward2me! It was quick, inexpensive, and easy. I could not recommend them more.
Great it was my first time using a forwarding service it was way smoother than i thought it was i'll definitely use them again in the future
I had 8 cassettes and 3 records shipped through them all arrived in perfect condition and faster than what the delivery date said very happy with everything
Status updates were efficient and everything arrived timely and undamaged.
However, fees were much higher than estimated due to insurance and would be good to show this in the cost estimator with clear explanation of what the carriers included coverage actually is to help decide. Insurance is also more expensive than it would be buying direct from the carrier.

Please note, the Protect + guarantee fee is not carrier included coverage, it is a completely separate cover option which is offered to customers directly through forward2me. Qualifying goods up to the value of GBP 5,000 can be protected with the guarantee. Protect+ Guarantee is an advised extra to have against your shipment but it is not mandatory. Our policy for the cover is based on the declared purchase value of the goods from the time of shipping therefore it would be very difficult for us to reflect the associated additional costs for the Protect + cover from the pricing calculator on our website. I had pressed shipping for safety instead of shipping for savings by accident and the customer service was great to fix the issue so fast! Then I asked if the shipping could be lowered by using a different supplier and they fixed that too! Thanks for helping me ship my package!

Well, I had three orders with them, one separate and two consolidated items. It felt like I was in charge of a logistics company, but like without the consequences of mismatching order delivery dates to their warehouse since they give 30 days of free storage. (P.S. Don't use UPS its not worth the trouble)
Legitimate service, extremely slow moving due to automated communications and multi-tiered package holding, repacking, shipping process. Would consider using again only for truly must have items. Will likely try another service instead.

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with some of the system processes that you experienced from your account prior to shipping.
I can see that you had a slightly longer delay with shipping your package, firstly due to our system requiring approval from the email address that was linked to your PayPal account which you had used to complete your payment for shipping. Our pay pal authentication process is an additional security requirement that has been deployed on our system to ensure all pay pal payments are protected for both our customers and our service. The authentication email is sent out to the pay pal email address and as long as the payment authentication email is actioned by the customer by clicking the green 'YES' button, this will approve the shipping payment. Unfortunately I can see that your first shipment had to be refunded and cancelled due to us not receiving the automated approval from you for your shipping payment via PayPal. You also had concerns regarding the delays with us booking and dispatching your package with the selected courier. Please note that our dispatch team try their best to book and dispatch as many shipments as possible on the same day, however, this will be dependant on the time when the shipping payment has been received and we do have collection cut off times for each of the courier services everyday. Your second shipping payment had been received after the final collection cut off time for DHL on 10/11 and unfortunately this meant that your shipment could only be booked and dispatched with the selected courier on the next working day. We apologize for any further frustration or delays this may have caused you.
Please note the transit times for shipments stated by the couriers only commence from the date of dispatch and not from the date of payment.

Gave me the option to wait a day and reduce my packaging cost, reduced it but 70% or so, was fantastic, other then that very proffesional and all worked perfectly, great company will try and use again in the future
I used this service from UK to Croatia before, and now star to use German Warehouse too.
Even one of my Package was lost, they found it very fast. Delivery from Germany after combine and repack comes very reasonable and Parcel comes very fast.
Totally recommended service.

Excellent customer support and got my delivery in a reasonable time frame. I was regularly notified on repacking. Importing is an expensive affair, so, it was good to have a service like forward2me handling it. They did make a mistake of mentioning me as a company instead of an individual which caused me some trouble with the customs. No other issues other than that.
Ordered two small wifi adapters from UK. Since I knew approximate measures is made a pre calculation that showed that it should cost around 10 pounds. Final price was 22 for shipping and 2 pounds extra for in my opinion unnecessary repacking. Could have ordered cheaper with seller's original shipping. On the plus side the shipping time was short.

Both services are available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a maximum value of between £50- £100 depending on which budget service you choose. The Forward2me Lite and Lite X options are not available for shipping if you choose to proceed with combine and repack.
As a one-off gesture of goodwill we have refunded you the difference between FedEx Connect Plus and our £9.99 forward2me Lite option.
Please understand that we have lost money on the shipment and so can not do the same on your next shipment.

Been shipping with them for 2 years,
And i won't be doing so again, currently in the process of emptying my inbox back to sender.
They have become super slow when responding to emails and their service has become ridicilously expensive ( shipping).
