I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!
Forwarded a few packages from UK online stores to Ireland through Forward2Me. It's always a pleasure to use. I must admit though it's a relatively expensive way of shopping because of the extra shipping fees (and in my case import duties/taxes).
I had issues with items being delivered to my German forward2me address and from the first email to last Kat Santiago was tremendously understanding and helpful. Made the entire experience headache free. So thankful for the exceptional and prompt customer service!
Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this
After some back and forth with the company, we came to an agreement that I would wait one month to see if my shipment showed up, and if not, they would refund me for the cost of my order. Unfortunately, the package didn't arrive. True to their word, they did refund me. However, they refunded me in Japanese currency and I ended up losing about $15USD in the exchange.
Additionally, because this process took so long, I was unable to reorder the same items because a number of them sold out while this situation was being resolved, which is the most disappointing part of the entire situation. If they had been more proactive and timely, they might have been able to retrieve my package, saving them the money and me the grief of this long ordeal.
I am updating my review because I believe they acted in good faith. Mistakes were made, but they did make some effort to resolve the problem, and for that I am grateful.

So far, my experience with Forward2Me has been extremely disappointing. They gave me an address to use for shipping in Japan, then they changed it without telling me. I had already shipped $300 worth of merchandise, and Forward2Me has done nothing to help me resolve the issue. Instead, I've been going back and forth between them, the shipper and the courier to try and figure out what happened to my package. The courier said that they could redirect the shipment to the correct address, but despite the fact that Forward2Me got me into this situation, they refused to help facilitate the redirect. Now my package has been delivered to the old address and I'm waiting to here back from Forward2Me, but they have not responded with any updates. I'll update my review if anything changes, but right now I'd strongly suggest staying away from this company so you don't lose money due to their poor communication and customer service.

When shipping a pair of shoes in a box, it's important to understand how shipping costs are determined. Typically, shipping costs are calculated based on the space your shipment occupies, known as volumetric weight, rather than just the actual weight of the package.
For example, major couriers like DHL and FedEx use volumetric weight to set their shipping prices. This means that even if your package is lightweight, the cost could be higher if the package takes up more space. Conversely, if the actual weight exceeds the volumetric weight, the shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight.
In the case of the shoes you shipped, the volumetric weight was higher than the actual weight of 0.86 kg. Specifically, the volumetric weight was calculated based on dimensions of 37x27x14 cm, which translates to 2.80 kg. As a result, the shipping fees were determined based on this higher volumetric weight.

Used to be great, fast and efficient. Lately it's been terrible. Last 2 packages took over a week to process, then were sent via UPS and the paperwork was wrong, so upon receipt I was taxed fully as the price of the expensive postage was added to the total value of the item, and had to pay tax on that too. Very unhappy.

This was my first time using a forwarding service, and I was a little nervous about how it would work. But it's been great, and I'm really pleased! I do think their website could be a little more straightforward and easier to into use (it's quite confusing at first!), but once I did it a few times, it was much easier. Forward2Me helped me import some goods classified as "dangerous" from the UK to my country, Romania. Customer service has been very useful and efficient to me, guiding me throughout the process.

I ordered several things with AAA batteries that needed special handling. They replied to email support within a few hours each time and got me my shipment via DHL which could comply with dangerous goods regulations. It took less time for me to get my packages forwarded than it did waiting for all my packages to arrive.
It's getting more and more expensive using this service. I Paid £60+ for shipping for 3 light clothing(running pants and running shirt) not only that it was sent in a plastic bag which should only cost me less than £60+

There are only 2 factors that determine the cost for shipping, which are weight and size. I can see that you did have cheaper carrier options for your 2 packages with FedEx Economy and FedEx Priority but you chose to ship with DHL Express.
The greater chargeable weight for your 2 clothing packages would have been based on the sizes of the packages- not the actual weight of the goods. If you had requested repack for the 2 clothing packages, there may have been some excess space to save you by folding the majority of clothing items smaller and repacking these together into a single plastic flyer bag or box. Please note, it is not always guaranteed that a combine and repack service will help reduce the prices for shipping as this will be dependable on the types of goods that are being repacked and we also need to consider if reducing excess space would effect the overall safety of the goods in transit.

Forward2me service is my favorite in Germany. It is very nice that a separate service has appeared for customers to search for packages lost during delivery. Thanks to this search and the Honey manager, my parcel was found, which for some reason did not arrive at the warehouse. Thank you!
I'm a long-time customer, and forward2me really excels in what they do. I rarely leave a review about a post-purchase experience on a website, but this time I felt compelled to do it because these days it's not too often that we get the level of service that they provide. I'm just used their service to buy a print in Japan and we got the package in less than a week. Hard to believe but that's what they did. Highly recommended.
Looking for a forward packaging service was a little daunting…till I found forward2me! I actually signed up for another service but took one look at the site then bounced. LOVE how user friendly the site is and it's just fun to login and see package status. Plus great updates and customer service!
I rarely review things, but I wanted to review my experience here because I was skeptical. Could see potential for a scam very easily. But apparently not. My order (wallpaper) arrived at their warehouse, and it was packed, shipped, and arrived to me stateside within less than a week. The handling fee seemed quite reasonable compared to other companies I considered.
Ordered product from Italy and shipped to forward2me Germany. Systems seemed automated and I received notification when the package arrived in Germany. Unfortunately when I logged on to choose my shipping method they had for some reason classified my package as hazardous goods. It took over a week of back and forth including finding and providing documents from the manufacturer that show the product is not classified as hazardous goods. Ultimately it went to the warehouse manager for a decision and he released the package. I never got an explanation of why they classified the package as hazardous. So it turned into a 10 day unnecessary shipping delay. Package arrived successfully with FedEx Connect which was the cheapest option. So end result I was happy but would like to see them improve the process.

Your capacitors had been identified as hazardous or dangerous goods initially by our processing team to prompt you to contact us so we could complete further checks on the specification, voltage and watt hour capacity of the items and to also ensure that we would be accredited for shipping the capacitors under our export license with the couriers should the items have been classified as restricted for shipping. I understand that the additional checks did eventually conclude that the capacitors were not classified as hazardous as per the product specification documents provided from you and we were happy to release the package from your account to allow you to proceed with shipping these as normal.
We apologize if you felt the additional checks carried out for your package were unnecessary and our processing team may have been overcautious, however, as a forwarding agency we have to ensure we are completing country specific checks for items and abiding by the rules and regulations of IATA if handling and shipping any products that may or may not be classified as hazardous or restricted for international shipping.
To try and assist with reducing the delay times for these additional checks, if you are ever uncertain whether your item (s) may or may not be classified as restricted or problematic for international shipping, we would advise you to contact us prior to purchasing.
