Not as good as first time use...
July 13, 2023

First time using this service it was excellent. This time I ordered a small, flat purse about 9" x 6" x 1.5" and.31 lbs weight. It arrived in a ripped up bag and fortunately crystals were not damaged. The most inexpensive cost was over $45 which seemed really high for such a tiny clutch purse.

Forward2Me attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Delivery of goods from UK to Australia

Quick delivery, no issues with customs. Packaging was secure enough. The only complaint that I have is that it is extremely expensive to send goods in this way. Also, the site is a little confusing and not very transparent to sort out "repackaging".

Please be aware that the shipping quotes that you are provided from the pricing page on our website would have not included the additional Australian GST at this point- our pricing page can only show +GST. This is because GST has to be calculated from 10% of the total purchase value of the goods and 10% shipping cost and this cannot be added on until the final shipment has been processed for your package from your account.
We are required to recover GST on behalf of the Australian Government from all customers who are shipping goods to Australia that are less than $1000 AUD total value. This information is also available from the FAQ's section on our website.
If you do have any discrepancies with the final shipping price you have been quoted from your account in comparison to the shipping price you were provided from the pricing page on our website or if you are experiencing any issues with anything from your account please do get in touch with one of our customer experience team who will be more than happy to check these details for you and clarify any questions or concerns you may have.

Also we are more than happy to look into a price match for you and I was wondering if you would be happy to provide us with the details and shipping prices that you have sourced from the other forwarding agencies, including their additional consolidation fee as price comparisons for your packages that have been sent through our service?

If we do see a significant difference in the courier service/ shipping price that you paid through our company in comparison to the shipping price that you were offered by other forwarding companies we would be happy to refund you the difference or look to arrange a price match for your next shipment based on the same chargeable weight.

Very good attention.

Everything is fine, I am from Mexico and did not have a passport. I sent them an email and they told me that just my voter ID card would be enough, in addition to a statement from any government service that has your same address.Miss Honey was the one who assisted me, from the warehouse in Germany.

Best forwarding agent!

Even though my item arrived broken, I would still say that Forward2Me is the best forwarding agent. Before, during, and after my order, Aimee was incredibly kind and responsive to my emails and questions. I've used a few forwarding agents in the past but Forward2Me has the best customer service of them all. I'm used to having to fight for refunds but Forward2Me refunded me for the broken item with zero hassle or dispute necessary. Thank you again for being so lovely!

I wish to provide this additional feedback on my.forward2me.com, in the footsteps of my initial review. I chose my.forward2me.com to act as my forwarding agent for purchases made on UK and US web sites. After a very fast and easy account set up, I had my first UK package delivered to my.forward2me.com, then received the package at my home address two days later, i.e. Faster than most domestic mail. This is what I call a customer-oriented company, and they have my business for years to come.

I was interested in purchasing a special bottle of whisky to be shipped to the US. I researched all their website policies and FAQ beforehand, to ensure the service was offered and available. I even ensured that my state of residence allowed alcoholic shipments.

I placed the order for the alcohol and it arrived at Forward2Me swiftly. When I attempted to pay for the forwarding services, I was told that because the shipment contained alcohol, I needed to contact Forward2me directly to arrange shipping. I reached out and was then told about all of the requirements to ship alcohol to the US and that Forward2me has NEVER been successful with personal shipments of alcohol. They recommended that I contact a private broker to arrange shipment; private brokers charge £200-£300! It's just one bottle of alcohol.

At this point, I feel straight bamboozled. I'll never use Forward2me's services again and absolutely do not recommend.

We do offer various courier services for shipping alcohol internationally however there are some countries who restrict imports of alcohol. We cannot offer shipping services for alcohol to all international countries and we strongly recommended that you contact our Customer Experience team first to determine if we would be able to offer shipping for alcohol to your country prior to purchasing.

It is clear that you had not correctly followed the guidelines from the FAQ page on our website and you did not choose to contact our Customer Experience team prior to purchasing your alcohol order to our UK address.

Just so you are aware, forward2me do offer free return to sender. Simply request the Return to Sender service from your account and we will handle the return shipping for you completely for free.
I can see you have been put in contact with Chris, our senior customer experience advisor, who will assist you further and discuss the available options for your alcohol package from our UK warehouse.

Good Effective Support From Aimee

It is rare that one gets a problem solved so quickly. In my mind, my response to the solution, "exactly, that will do it". Aimee responded to my message to help sort out a confusing situation. I was not sure if the package was mine and quite frankly, the issue should not happen. Usually, a support person will ask you lots of questions. I feel exhausted that I usually say ' forget it'. Sometime, you explain the situation, the person gives you a respond as if he/she had not read any of what you wrote.

Aimee first message began by describing the situation (the packages and their content). She sort outlined two options. One option was the solution. My reaction was " that's it, I like that".
This is what I call support. So thank you Aimee.

I wish I knew about Forward2me before

Seriously I have nothing bad to say about Forward2me. I wish I knew about them before! For a long time I've been wanting to buy from this Japanese small business website. It's a japanese girl that makes very limited quantity items and very rare one of a kind. I could never buy from her website because she only ships to japan. Then one day I googled how to buy from japan and ship to Uk! Everything with Forward2me has been so easy! As soon as they receive my parcel they let me know straight away and they ship it to me same day or the day after, and depending the shipping option you choose the parcel gets to your home so quickly is actually insane. I think i choose the 3 day delivery and UPS delivery it so fast with tracking updates and everything^_^ Consolidating items is the best option for cheaper shipping. I love Forward2me and I will use it forever^_^

A very excellent company for collecting shipments and re-sending them to your country around the world. Their advantages are many and the most important, in my opinion, is:-
1- excellent handling
2- Quick response
3- they give you addresses in different countries.
From long experience, I recommend them

Great service, but could still improve
April 20, 2024

Used Forward2Me for a laptop recently. If you order photos, the procedure is clumsy. First they open the package after arrival. Then you can order photos. Then they open the package again to take the photos, which could delay the procedure by about a day. This seems unnecessary to me, I should be able to ask for photos in advance, so that the package is opened only once.

Otherwise I'm very satisfied, great service.

Great Service

I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!
