I do not recommend this service. There are other companies that provide the same service but are way more efficient. They had my shipment for over a week as they just kept undulating me, via email, of where I was at in the queue. If they're too busy yet don't want to hire more employees then I'd rather go with a different company that can get the job done faster.

I recently had shipment sent form Japan and was held up in customs cause of taxes, handling and a whole lot of local fees. Your site should provide a way for partner couriers to provide estimates for costs outside of your shipment fees, because being informed only after shipment is initiated hostages consumers from deciding whether or not they should proceed with the transaction. Washing your hands off this is a blatant disregard to consumer protection rights. Feedback has been sent yo your customer service as well. Take action!

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for the duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.

I was very dubious about using this as I'd never done it before but no question was too silly and Aimee replied quickly to all of my many emails. No it's not cheap but if you can't get what you want from anywhere else then this is an excellent option. At times the website is a bit counterintuitive but the customer service makes up for it. Great way to order in the non-EU when the shops themselves don't offer shipping.
Of course, the service is not free, but it is still considerably cheaper than flying there yourself just to buy a product.
From ordering to delivery to my home address only took about 10 days, absolutely top.
The service was really fast and efficient. No complaints about their turnaround time. I have items shipped to me from nearby that took longer to arrive, so 5 out of 5 for ship speed and packaging. They shipped my item in a manner that didn't unnecessarily add weight and cost. Item arrived perfectly! Item came via DHL and the experience through customs was very quick too. Definitely would recommend this service.

Very professional but I only need 2 Small parcels to ireland.Including 12 euro charge from delivery company in Ireland the cost of getting parcel to me cost just under 50 Euro.I've learned my lesson and will never buy from England Again a total rip off.But forward to me as company were very efficient and helpful unfortunately the overall price was way too much for me.
This was the first time I have shipped anything from the USA to the UK and the experience was very positive. When I had queries my customer service agent, Julie, was quick to reply with information and had taken the time to include screenshots of the website. I appreciated that, and it gave me confidence that my package was in safe hands with forward2me.
Just to note that USPS only provide tracking up to the moment they hand your package over to their own local delivery depot, but DHL, UPS and FedEx will provide tracking all the way to the forward2me facility.

I'm really happy with the service that forward2me provided! I received email notifications every time when something changed with my packages. I needed some assistance about declared values for customs and their customer service team replied to my question very fast and they were really helpful. I'll use them again!
The employees take care of problems or queries, provide timely information about the delivery, are in contact with the transport companies and make sure that the problem has been solved. There is no better service.
I've only used Forward2Me on a couple of occasions, but I can only say that my experience to date has been first class. On this occasion I had multiple packages to ship, I found it very easy to identify the cheapest shipping method and they were delivered fast and in perfect condition. I really can't ask for more than that.
With the most recent shipment, there was a slight snag regarding specific customs definitions but it was very quickly resolved. A big thanks to Kat Santiago for her always friendly and expedient efforts. Will definitely continue to work with Forward2Me.

Made a mistake with my package which was entirely my fault (nicotine items not permitted for UK->EU forwarding, according to their terms and conditions). The returns process was handled quickly and professionally by customer service agent Aimee from the Preston warehouse, and at a fair cost. Would use again.
