Used Forward2Me for a laptop recently. If you order photos, the procedure is clumsy. First they open the package after arrival. Then you can order photos. Then they open the package again to take the photos, which could delay the procedure by about a day. This seems unnecessary to me, I should be able to ask for photos in advance, so that the package is opened only once.
Otherwise I'm very satisfied, great service.
