I recently used F2M to buy a mobile phone from amazon.co.uk using the tax free service in Guernsey. No choice of shipping was offered slow/fast etc and the cost of shipping outweighed the VAT saved. The phone was without a separate cover with arrived separately. I was told there was no benefit in consolidating. This made little sense to me.

My view is that that it is neither clear or instinctive on why the receipt is attached, and how the repacking is selected given the receipt issues. Nica helped me through this.

They hold my shipment for no fault of me for more than 15 days and when they released it I chose a delivery company (UPS) where they mentioned a two days delivery, it took a week to a direct place like Dubai ( so they will not say it's a remote delivery site) so they there no excuse and when it arrives I have been charged an extra amount more than the taxes here, so I will think twice and you should before using this site even though I am with them for years but I don't understand what happened to them lately

However, it's essential to note that these fees do not include any potential import duties or taxes, or brokerage fees that might be applicable when bringing the goods into your country.

With UK tax free warehaouse we only offer DHL and FedEx.
As you are shipping to Australia, GST is included in your total shipping cost paid with Forward2me.
The Australian Government introduced the charge of GST(Goods and Service Tax) on 1st July 2018.
We therefore need to charge 10% GST on all goods with a value of $1000 Australian dollars or less being shipped via our services and 10% on the shipping service provided. Shipments over the value of $1000 will be charged on import.
