Oitstanding service

I will look for different delivery

They hold my shipment for no fault of me for more than 15 days and when they released it I chose a delivery company (UPS) where they mentioned a two days delivery, it took a week to a direct place like Dubai ( so they will not say it's a remote delivery site) so they there no excuse and when it arrives I have been charged an extra amount more than the taxes here, so I will think twice and you should before using this site even though I am with them for years but I don't understand what happened to them lately

On 19/07/2024, there was a mechanical failure with this UPS delivery for your shipment.

When importing goods from another country, it's important to understand that customs regulations usually require taxes to be applied to the items. These taxes are necessary for the smooth clearance of your package through customs. The specific charges can vary depending on the value of the items in the packages.

The fees you’ve paid to forward2me cover a variety of services, including the acceptance of your parcel, any necessary repackaging, and the completion of required export documentation to facilitate the shipment of your goods from the UK.

However, it's essential to note that these fees do not include any potential import duties or taxes, or brokerage fees that might be applicable when bringing the goods into your country.

We have also outlined this under Terms of Trade 8 International Deliveries. According to section 8.2, goods you require us to send through the Services may be subject to import duties and taxes. Amazing customer support

Amazing website, excellent service and rates. But honestly the most amazing them is the personalized customer support. I had a problem with one of my shipments (all my fault, I left the country that I was supposed to recieve the shipment earlier than planned) and I had JOYCE from the customer support helping me across the whole journey. Numerous emails and dedicated support to make sure I recieve my shipment, not the normal robot that doesn't do you any good but a dedicated, empathatic and helpful JOYCE that hears the customer needs and make sure that your valuables are not lost and your voice is heard throughout the process. Thanks again Joyce😊

Thanks to forward2me I have been able to bring to Mexico things I am really in love with from the UK which otherwise couldn't be possible to get. The web page and the process are very easy and friendly to use. When using the consolidation option everything is well packed and also the shipping is extra fast! (I've used ups)

Prompt, efficient service!

Superb Service

I used the Forward2Me service after ordering something from Germany that I couldn't get in my country. I must admit to being a little apprehensive at first as I've never used such a service before, but it far surpassed my expectations.
My package was received, processed and put in the hands of the courier within about 36 hours. It was an incredibly quick turnaround and because of this I received my item well ahead of the estimated timeframe.

The Forward2Me website is easy to use and communication is good.

An honest and reliable service provided and I'll be using them again for online purchases.

Useful service, but not perfect

I ordered multiple items from eBay and everything went well till I tried creating a package with my items. It wasn't easy to figure out which option would be suitable, because it was not straightforward. I also had an issue with one of my items. Forward2me had to remove a used memory card from one of the items, while it was not prohibited and not mentioned in the FAQ as well. It caused a week-long delay. I also lost the memory card during the process. The support team was helpful, so my only concern is the content of the site.
It is also hard to find the right address for the right regions.

Forward2Me attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Thanks for the feedback.

Historically we have not shipped these because we are unsure of what the contents are on the memory stick/card/SSD.

Each country has different laws on what can be imported, for example there may be pornography, pirate videos or other illegal content.

Very good, but improvement are possible

The staff are very attentive (thank you Joyce) but the site lacks a few features. It would be good to be able to leave an editable 'note' about a product that has already been received, because unfortunately when products are declared as arriving, they are often badly identified and the references are then replaced by random things that make it very difficult to keep track of the products to be received...
Can't wait to see improvements in this area.
