I purchased NIKE shoes this time, and this is first time using Forward2Me service.
When I received it, I found a scratch of cutter on the box of NIKE. I know what happen, when open the box to check inside of my box, they cut NIKE shoes box not only cardboard box.
Unbelievable, insensitive.
I never use this site.

I order a book, the experience was fast and efficient, and the price for the service was acceptable but the book was label wrongly as a videogame so the tax between uk and Germany was expensive vs the tax of a book

I was assisted by Honey, and Anna, amongst others but Honey very quickly, efficiently, and politely saw to it that my package was identified and ready to forward. Excellent job Honey! She deserves a promotion and raise in pay.
I have had endless issues with my packages. Some were supposed to have been repackaged, yet were not. Every time I received a package, even if it was well-packed, I was notified that it had to be repacked. Some of the items in my packages were received as damaged, even though they were repacked for safety. I have had issues with consolidating my packages, and even if it was overweight, I could not send them out individually. The result was that I had to pay more and use a different carrier. A lot of time was wasted on expediting my orders, customer service kept on putting me in a loop and further wasting my valuable time. I will not be using this service again!

Julie from Support was great at handling all my enquiries regarding an order gone wrong (missing item - had to return the whole package). She was personal and professional at the same time. The 5 stars are for her. The whole service though could be clearer before you engage yourself. For example, had I known that what I wanted to buy can only be shipped under certain conditions at my own risk and after having paid shipping costs at more than GBP50, I really wouldn't have gone to all the trouble. The estimate for the shipping cost was wayyyy off base. I hope to be able to use the service in the future under different circumstances.

Forward 2 me is a blessing for online shoppers, and they offer a personal shopper assistant, in my case I wanted to orderd from a uk website that doesn't accept international cards or paypal out side of UK! And I found this great site, and a shout out to "Honey" for the Amazing service, Thank you

It was only one small box what I needed to forward and they give me no other choice but repacking, so I had to wait and paid for it. I opened a ticket but they took to long to respond and recognize it. No refund or apologized.
