This store Takes forever To Deliver Even Though Prior To Purchasing, You are told You Will Receive Item No Later Than. 7 days... In Reality U Receive Item 3 Weeks Later Beware Especially If It's A Gift. I guess that's why they are called FOREVER21, because they take forever and Their service SUCKS SH*T. Don't waste your money or time!

I ordered through online bunch of dresses and I was highly disappointed to see the quality of dresses. They were of so cheap quality with no way matching with the images what were displayed in the website. Complete disappointment and I would recommend not to waste your money on this.
Be very careful to read ALL of the print and details when you are ordering from this company. A good company would be sure to let you know before you click to continue a payment if an item was a final sale. I used a sale code and did not realize that made it a final sale until I received the items I ordered. It took me multiethnic calls and very long wait times to finally get through to a person and that person was not willing to help me in any way.
As far as customer service this company is not concerned about making their customers happy and wanting to come back to spend their money at their store.
I found the Website to order is very time consuming and confusing upon registering! However, overall the clothes are value for money.
I emailed them as they told me an order i placed (which was a present for my daughter on Christmas!) was out of stock now. Which of course is very disappointing, they wouldn't offer me a small discount or an exchange for the inconvience. I emailed them again to see if anything can be done and they ignored the email, I emailed again to say I had been ignored and they didn't answer that one either. Very unreliable service if any order problems go wrong, I wouldnt recommended ordering from this site.
Definitely YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, that is why I can try to understand their return policy. What is totally unacceptable is that an assistant manager has no manners and is rude, on the top of that, a disrespectful employee shouting in sarcastic tone as you are leaving the store. That is what happened to me at the Forever 21 at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, yesterday November 17th around 4pm. I used to like the store, but after that I do not plan on coming back.

I called for something so simple. To check if an item is sold in that particular store or if it was just online. I was told to call back in 10-15 mins. I called again and was told that the computer was taking long to load so to call back in five mins. I called back and was told to hold, I was put on hold for 5 mins and when I finally think I'm going to get an answer someone picks up the phone and hangs up. They were nice but thats not just what customer service entails.
This is a terrible company and I would forewarn anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them. They hide small conditions and terms in tiny print in unrelated portions of the website relating to such things as shipping, return policies, special fees and other common ways of sucking customers dry of their money. The customer service offered is terrible as the company does not respond to customer complaints within a timely manner. It took me sending 3 e-mails and a call to finally speak with someone and THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME HALFWAY THROUGH THE PHONE CALL. The clothing is pathetically manufactured and prone to fraying, tearing or otherwise just falling apart after only a couple months.
Ordered 4 items on 11/30/14 in anticipation of plenty of time to deal with Xmas presents... They just shipped yesterday and are only saying it SHOULD be here by 12/24. One was, of course, out of stock by the time they pulled my order. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone there has sounded like they were, themselves, "forever 21" -- which has not helped boost my confidence in what I am going to receive.
I only shopped at this site because my stepdaughter likes their trendy styles -- I am fully prepared for sweatshop crap clothes, especially per these reviews... Never again.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They have taken over three weeks to ship an order for me. Was unwilling to change the shipping method or make up for my order in any way. Spend your money on a company that actually cares about their customers.
I feel like the only one with a positive review on this sit, but I adore Forever 21. I've ordered online from their site countless times and the package usually arrives 3 days later which is wonderful. All the clothes fit perfectly and most of them have been great quality and look exactly like the advertising online. I've never had an issue with my order and will continue to happily shop online with this company. Affordable and trendy, love it.
Atleast they don't hate fat people like Abercrombie... I'd by Forever 21 clothes over their anytime. I like these guys- find them similar to Mandees and Joyce Leslie.

I got an email saying %50off all sale item, tried purchasing sale items with that coupon, wouldn't got thru, I called them after I placed the order to pls honor the %50 off, they said they can't! Asked for the manager, she was so rude! (Murmured under her breathe 'on my god' when I insisted on getting the %50 off)

I had an order... my billing address and info were good but a Day after they cancelled my order because the clothes were not eligible for the promotion they show on the site but they put a promo for all clothes and now after on day they said noooooo the jeans are not eligible... my question? Why did you put that promo? Why did u let me check it out? I paid my jeans at the price you asked because you said you give a promo of 50% so why I'm the on to pay by not having my jeans now? I ordered a suit on Wednesday. Received an email the next day that the order was cancelled due to billing info not matching credit card info. Ok. Understandable. I place the order again that night but with "next day saver" and 20% off(mens20). SCORE! I am beyond excited to get this in by my anniversary (the following Thurs). So I wait till monday and check to see if it has shipped only to find it has been cancelled yet another time. WTF. So I call. I wait for a rep for 15 mins only for her to tell me the order was cancelled because they are out of stock of the navy jacket in size medium... ok. So I place an order for black. She tells me the subtotal and asks id I would like to apply any promo discounts. Yes please "mens20". She tells me that code expired yesterday and cannot be reapplied. Regardless. I ask for a supervisor and she tells me the same and refused to budge even though this issue was not my fault. I asked her several times for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and she apologized for not being able to help due to "company policy". Due to this experience, regardless of any promotions going on or if they were GIVING clothes away, I wouldn't think twice about shopping with this company online or in store.
WORST SERVICE EVER... I ordered four items for an event I had and paid $18.00 for express 3 day shipping. TEN DAYS LATER I received my packages in two separate shipments and one of my items wasn't even there! I have tried to contact the company as I would like to be reimbursed for the extra cash I forked over for the quick shipping multiple times and have had NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Absolutely furious with this awful experience

My daughter order three pairs of jeans with the distressed jeans and two of them tore right through on first wearing. It was hot where we live so she worn them over the weekend but was told they had to be damaged within 30 days and sent back. We were 4 days past the 30 days and they said no not even for a exchange that she should have worn them right away. Bottom line not good customer service and they do not stand behind their product.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
