It's unfortunate that some of you have had a bad experience with this company. I was skeptical at first because they are located in a different country. To add to my anxiety, their customer service wouldn't respond to my messages. I went as far as putting a claim in on paypal to get my money back. I received my harness today (Feb 23 2017) and dammnnnn, this harness is OFFICIAL! Excellent quality! You will pay twice as much anywhere else. I will be buying more items from them, I will be more patient next time since it's coming from Israel and I'm in New Jersey, USA. The whole process took 2 weeks.
I'm a real customer and this is a real review.
I spoke with their online chat about a potential purchase worth over £150.00, the person I spoke with was arrogant and rude.
Glad I never bought from them even more so after reading the reviews posted here.

I have purchased a number of items from these, including clothing and equipment. I can't fault the quality of the equipment or the level of customer support they give.

I came her to order a dog muzzle per a group on Facebook that gives recommendations based on measurements you provide them. For my dog, one of the only ones that would fit was a M10 from fordogtrainers.com. I ordered on February 20. Got an email reply a week later on February 26 saying that they were out of the materials needed for the muzzle and that they wire would be delivered to them in approximately 3-4 weeks. They did give me a choice on whether I wanted to cancel or wait. Unfortunately, I need this muzzle for my reactive dog, so I said I would wait. I follow up weekly through chat via their website. On March 15, I reached out and they said they would get an update and email me back. I heard back on March 16. Now they are saying the wire isn't going to be received until the end of April and then it will take a while for it to be produced and delivered. So what should have been less than a few week wait is now looking like it's going to be a several month wait. All of this without them being proactive and sending updates. Just very bad business on their part. I even checked their website recently, and it still shows this muzzle is orderable. So instead of making it out of stock or on backorder, it doesn't give any indication to potential customers that it isn't available. Had I known it was on backorder, I would have been ok with it since I would have known up front. But again, very bad business practice to not tell potential customers about this.
I placed an order for two muzzles. I am an experience dog owner with two dogs race. They sent two muzzles that were not the size I ordered and didn't fit either of my dogs. Were difficult when I requested an exchange for what I had ordered. STAY AWAY from this website.

We have a clear policy of returns and exchanges. It is consumer biased policy which allows you to exchange or return the product/s you bought no matter the reason. The only thing you need to do is to write about the problem to our support, get return label from them and visit ups or ems office (depending upon the country you live in) and send it back, after we receive it, money is returned to you. I received an email from the company to trade links. I informed the company of our policy is that we do not share links. The fact that they even asked and are randomly asking businesses to trade links is a sign of poor business practices.

Over 10 days and not shipped. First I ordered days later they said they did not charge for shipping next they wanted me to send PayPal I did days later they wonted transaction # I give it days later they said we will give it to the Wright department still days later not shipped. If you want something from this company order it a year before you need it.
Yes they have delay in general shipping but i bought painted leather harness and a pinch collar there and i needed it quickly, they gave me the option of express and i got the product on the 3rd day after purchase. Very cool quality and original look. I gave them my opinion on the goods and they placed it online and gave me link with it and pictures of my dog with the products that i provided for them. Very nice to communicate and in general i like the products, but put 4 stars, because they shipped from israel what i did not find on their website. But they say that they lead the production there

Nowadays practically all our US customers get their parcels from our US warehouse which makes the delivery fast.
I ordered a harness that was near $200. When i didnt recieve the order after 30+ business days they said they would give me a refund. I havent had comformation of refund nor has anyone got back to me after endless emails. Not happy. Dont buy off them ever.
Overall the quality of items are very good, shipping is reasonable and normally very fast, prices are also reasonable and makes shopping a breeze for the items you want

Ordered a brown leather harness and leash with brass buckles. Shipping was slow but considering where it came from I can't complain. They provided a tracking number immediately upon request and answered all of my emails within an hour. The harness and leash are gorgeous and the leather is great quality and I'm expecting them to last awhile. Would order again.

Good products. So if you know exactly what you want you are ok but if you need customer support its not going to happen. Tried countless,(at least 10 times), to contact to return an item that was misrepresented on the website. I called during the designated hours as stated by their answering machine but nobody ever picked up the phone. I always recommend their products to friends BUT always remind them what happened to me that their customer service doesn't exist as it is nonexistent.

I recently ordered 7 Artisan dog collars from Fordogtrainers. They arrived today and they are all absolutely beautiful! I am delighted. They are so well made. The leather and buckles are of excellent quality and very strong. My dogs will probably wear out before their collars do! Thank you Fordogtrainers! Excellent equipment and as a professional dog trainer I need equipment that I can trust 100% of the time.
We have their police bite suits which was specifically made to measure for me and it's fantastic much better than my previous bite suit from another company I can move freely in it while being confident I am fully protected.
Then we have a range of their bite sleeves as we train IGP as well as security and again they are really well made for young to experienced dogs.
Most of our members use their leather leads and harness and muzzles and every member speaks really highly of their equipment and service.
One member needed to change a muscle and it was exchanged without any issues.
We ordered IGP blinds recently and the courier damaged one and ForDogTrainers exchanged it without hesitation so for me first class service.
I highly recommend them as do our members
Ive ordered twice through ForDogTrainers and had great communication/service both times and the products have been of good quality. Ive had a swift response to all my questions and the staff were very detailed oriented enough to let me know that the muzzle I ordered initially for my dog may not be the right fit for him and gave me an alternative recommendation that turned out to be the right fit. I was so thankful for the advice and impressed that they cared to that degree to contact me before processing the order to recommend a different type of muzzle. I live in rural Georgia, I saw a couple of Cane Corsos wearing these collars at a canine event and the owner told me where he purchased them. I found the site and bought the Royal Nappa Exclusive Collar for my Anatolian. The quality of the collar is FANTASTIC! Beautiful craftsmanship, very heavy, well made, I was very very surprised.
I have since bought another collar, lead, and leather choke for my boy. Each time I purchase I am impressed. The quality and craftsmanship is way beyond anything one can find in stores, these folks understand how to create products that will last a lifetime for a giant breed canine. I honestly don't get the bad reviews, the collars are carefully crafted in Israel so don't expect to get them in a day like some Chinese chunk sold on Amazon, they ship fast and the quality is really good.
Trust me, if you have large dogs and want them to use the finest quality leads, collars, etc... buy from these guys, you will be impressed!
