1. Fordogtrainersaustralia IS NOT IN AUSTRALIA,
2. Placed an order, heard nothing for 1 month, emailed them & was told they can't supply the order in promised time as it would take 2 months to specially make (NOTHING ON WEBSITE SAYS SUCH THINGS)
3. Asked for a refund to which they said they would process...
4. Nothing for another week, emailed again & was told they would deduct $4.21 for shipping costs! SHIPPING COSTS FOR WHAT, THEIR STUPIDITY
