I was looking for a good muzzle for my Olde English Bulldogge, and came across the "all about english bulldog breed" website. The name looked sketchy to me, the website was a little strange, but I took the plunge and ordered one anyway.

I'm a pretty paranoid person when it comes to ordering things online, I usually do everything I can to make sure it's a legit business. That being said, after ordering my muzzle I got a few emails and phone calls (leaving voicemails) about a special offer to give an additional discount if I ordered something else within the same day... I found the "for dog trainers" website and saw the phone numbers were the same, it had a lot of the same elements as the "all about english bulldog" website, so I sent an email asking if they were the same, and if so I wanted to order a second muzzle for my German Shepherd.

So YES they were the same business, I ordered the second muzzle, got the discount and that was it. I got one email back saying "thanks for your order and we'll ship it out soon." That was all I heard, I was almost positive I just gave up my money to a scam site/fake business...

OVERSEAS (Israel to be exact)... I was like what the heck?! So I was confused, still suspicious of a scam... I don't really like ordering things internationally.

BUT!

2 weeks later, I received my muzzles via UPS, checked em out, they're good quality, real leather, very sturdy metal. With the exception for the felt shedding a bit, I think it's a quality muzzle. I tried them on my dogs, they are heavy and you should get your dogs used to them... but otherwise they will work. I got mine mainly for taking my bulldog to the vet, (he doesn't like the vet touching his backside).

Overall, not a SUPER pleasant experience... but the customer service was all right... and in the end I got what I ordered, at the price I agreed to pay for. I JUST wish they would let you know these are actually coming from overseas.

The website is legit. I made sure to pay using PayPal to avoid immediately giving away my my personal info.

Ich habe einen Maulkorb bestellt mit Lieferzeit maximal sieben Tage. Nach Rückfrage sagte man mir dann dass sie Lieferzeit circa drei Wochen benötigt. Man könne mir jedoch anbieten über Fedex innerhalb von 3-6 Tagen zu liefern. Nach weiterer Rückfrage wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung erst nach mehr als drei Wochen erfolgen kann. D. h., es werden hier zusätzliche Kosten verlangt und die Lieferung ist trotzdem weitaus später als im Internet genannt. Absolut unseriös! Bestellen Sie dort nicht! Ich muss jetzt versuchen mein Geld zurück zu bekommen

So I been trying to order from this company for over a week now and Im not talking no little order Im talking a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff and I have had the WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS COMPANY! First of all my credit card declined the sale bc it thought it was fraud so I verified the purchase from my credit card called this company and informed them to run the card n only have a very small window to do so be for it gets declined again so what do these people do wait till the next day and hours later to try n run my card after I specifically explained to them that they had to do it then or else it would come back denied now a week has gone by n about ten orders later I still HAVE NO ORDER IN THE SYSTEM NO NOTHING NO PRODUCTS NOT EVEN A ORDER NUMBER BC THEY KEEP CANCELING MY ORDERS THEN WHEN I CALL THEY ENDED UP HANGING UP ON ME BC I WAS UP SET WITH THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND WITH THE WAY THEY OPPERATE SO THEY HUNG UP ON ME N INSTEAD OF RUNNING MY CARD AGAIN JUST CANCELLED ALL ORDERS NOW EVERY TIME I CALL TO CANCEL THE OTHER ONE THEY WONT PICK UP SMH... horrible horrible service

Bonjour déjà dans un premier temps on nous préviens que le harnais choisit n'est plus en stock pourtant il apparaît toujours en stock sur le site. Du coup on en choisi un autre et la on attends toujours notre colis RR*******IL depuis plus de 2 semaines qu'il est en transit. J'ai appelé la poste ce numéro de colis n'existe pas. En plus vous avez aucun numéro de téléphone ou vous joindre et il serait peut-être bien d'avertir que les articles sont envoyés d'Israël et que le temps d'envoi est interminable.

Iemand laten betalen voor een geleidentuig
Niks laten horen
Dan eerst zeggen dat er vertraging in zit
( na contact met PayPal)
En dan zeggen dat geld wordt terug gestort
Is nooit gebeurd

En met een bericht dat jullie opnieuw sturen als na aankomst betaal.
Er is betaald
Zelfs met bevestiging van PayPal blijven jullie stil

Oplichters bah bah

Kwaliteit is goed, maar alles komt uit Israel. Kreeg een naheffing over mijn bestelling van FedEx. Thanks Guys
